III
Good day to you, dear readers of „Daily Word for Spiritual Edification”! God bless you and keep you today from all evil!

During the past few days we have been talking about the idea of a person being the main initiator of the miracles he needs in his life. In order for God to be able to do something supernatural in the individual’s life this individual must create the natural platform or foundation for this miracle. When you mix your distress with prayer, then the miracle will surely happen and you will have true and undisputable proof of God’s miracle and His supernatural intervention.

We talked about the life of Hannah who cried out to God inspite of her practically hopeless circumstances and kept expecting her miracle. People that saw Hannah thought she was drunk. But it was her despair mixed with prayer and trust in God.

What was the result of Hannah’s prayer?

The result or the answer to Hannah’s prayer did not linger. A year later she was holding in her hands undeniable proof of the fact that God intervenes in human affairs.

„So it came to pass in the process of time that Hannah conceived and bore a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, „Because I have asked for him from the LORD.” Now the man Elkanah and all his house went up to offer to the LORD the yearly sacrifice and his vow. But Hannah did not go up, for she said to her husband, „Not until the child is weaned; then I will take him, that he may appear before the LORD and remain there forever” (1 Samuel, 1: 20-21).

During prayer Hannah gave a promise to God that if He gave her a son she would give him for the service to God.

If we are ready to give the Lord all the blessings He has given us, then the flow of miracles won’t stop in our lives. If our hearts are glued to God Himself and not His blessings, then God won’t be able to turn His eyes away from us.

After Hannah weaned her son she returned to Shiloh with the proof of God’s faithfulness.

«Now when she had weaned him, she took him up with her, with three bulls, one ephah of flour, and a skin of wine, and brought him to the house of the Lord in Shiloh. And the child was young. Then they slaughtered a bull, and brought the child to Eli. And she said, “O may lord! As your soul lives, my lord, I am the woman who stood by you’re here, praying to the Lord. For this child I prayed, and the LORD has granted me my petition which I asked of Him» (1 Samuel, 1: 24-27).

We looked at Hannah’s situation and saw what she did, how she acted and how God rewarded her trust and consistency.

If you will imitate her then you will be able to initiate your solid and undeniable proof. Do not sit and wait, and waste your time! Start initiating your miracle and may your life be filled with God’s miracles!

May God abundantly bless you!

Pastor Rufus Ajiboye
During the past few days we have been talking about the idea of a person being the main initiator of the miracles he needs in his life.
