Today we continue our discussion \u201cGod\u00b4s weapons for the victory in the last days\u201d. Yesterday we talked about love\u00b4s commandments Jesus set for His disciples. Those commandments contain protection for all those who want to live their life in victory in Christ.\r\n<h6>\u00abRepay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honourable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don\u2019t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God\u2019s wrath. For it is written, \u201cVengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.\u201d<\/h6>\r\n<h6>Therefore\u00a0\u201cIf your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink. For in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.\u201d\u00a0Don\u2019t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.\u00bb\u00a0(Romans 12:17-21).<\/h6>\r\nThese verses of the Scripture tell us not to repay evil for evil nor revenge for ourselves. God wants us to leave the right to revenge for Him. This is one of the principles of how to walk in love. God also instructs us on how to treat our enemy \u2013 feed him if he is hungry, give him a drink if he is thirsty. This is the only way how we can overcome evil by good. Love is a weapon for the victory over evil, and you know that evil will multiply at the last days. The Bible says:\r\n<h6>\u00abBecause iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold.\u00bb\u00a0(Matthew 24:12).<\/h6>\r\nGod wants so that we do not grow cold. Jesus is our example of how to walk in love.\r\n<h6>\u00abFor to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving you an example, that you should follow his steps, who did not sin, \u201cneither was deceit found in his mouth.\u201d Who, when he was cursed, didn\u2019t curse back. When he suffered, didn\u2019t threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously.\u00bb\u00a0(1 Peter 2:21-23).<\/h6>\r\nThe principle of love protects our hearts, emotions and our life from injuries and\u00a0bruises. Hatred, evil, betrayal, cruelty and lack of understanding among people will multiply at the last days. Jesus never sinned, while people back-bit Him anyway. But, how Jesus reacted to that back-biting? He never replied with back-biting, never tried to overcome evil with evil. He knew it would not work this way, quite opposite it would have increased the amount of evil, pain, emotional injuries and hatred in the life of a person who tries to overcome evil with evil. Jesus suffered of people\u00b4s deeds, He felt pain, though He didn\u00b4t threaten them, instead He handed everything over to the Father\u00b4s hands, who judges righteously. So, what helped Jesus to walk in love? He was able to trust God, so Paul was, since he had understood this principle, as he says in his letter to Romans:\r\n<h6>\u00abDon\u2019t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God\u2019s wrath. For it is written, \u201cVengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.\u201d.\u00bb\u00a0(Romans 12:19).<\/h6>\r\nAt these last days God wants us to understand that revenge belongs to God not to us. Do not revenge, neither threaten nor curse your enemies, rather overcome evil with good \u2013 love those who hurt you, bless those who curse you, feed and bless your enemies. All these things represent a powerful weapon which will help you to celebrate victory at the last days.\r\n\r\nI pray to God so He helps each of us to see and understand this thing. I wish you\u00a0reason on this truth once again, so it becomes your revelation and way of life.
