I listened as Roland served a wonderful word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praise the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It must be faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Heart That Trembles Before God<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>But as you know, previous Thursday, God showed us not to be like the Pharisees who dove into the Scriptures all the time. They knew the Scriptures well, but they did not come to Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The knowledge did not bring them closer to God. But we want to be a church that has not only knowledge, but that comes to God with all of their hearts \u2014 with all of our hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whose heart trembles according to God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A heart that trembles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is where God dwells.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s look at the words so that you don&#8217;t think that those are my words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Isaiah 66 \u2014 God&#8217;s Dwelling Place<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Isaiah 66.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You know that God seeks a place to dwell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God seeks a home on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But He lives in a different temple than what a man has built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bible says that a person who has been born again is a temple of the Holy Spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verse 1 and 2 say:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is what the Lord says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Isaiah 66:1-2 &#8220;Heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Where will my resting place be? Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?&#8221; declares the Lord. &#8220;These are the ones I look on with favor: those who are humble and contrite in spirit, and who tremble at my word.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>God says, &#8220;I behold and I dwell \u2014 I live \u2014 not in a house that we create,&#8221; although that is important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe there can be fancy homes or temples where people go on excursions, but God is not there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the house of God because there are people there who fear God and tremble before God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Humility and Trembling Before the Word<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, may God help us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say to your neighbor: &#8220;It is not enough that you know the word of God.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not enough that you examine the Word of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is not enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must humble yourself before the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you must have trembling before His word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And with such an attitude, God rules over you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And He can lead you where He wants to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He can intervene in what you do, interfere in what you do, and lead you where He wants to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is what is missing \u2014 that is what I want to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But God will help us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Say, &#8220;Lord, help me not just to know the word. Help me that there would be brokenness in my heart and trembling before Your word.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Continuing the Series: How the Kingdom of God Comes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>And I will continue from the place where I stopped three weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I talked about how the Kingdom of God comes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We talk about the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the reason why we talk about it is simple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the most important purpose of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we will see it in Scripture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Summary of God&#8217;s Purpose<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I will make a conclusion before we move forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of God is not simply to save the church, but a clear expression of the Kingdom of God that is revealed through mature sons of God who are transformed in His image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will repeat many thoughts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The whole purpose of God is not just a saved church, but a clear expression of the Kingdom of God that is revealed through mature children of God \u2014 sons of God \u2014 who are transformed into the likeness of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kingdom of God does not come from outside \u2014 through reign, through control, through transformed behavior of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the Kingdom of God comes through transformation from within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A changed inner life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you will see that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A person can be in church for 30 years and not experience this inner change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are people who know how to remain the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They learn to avoid the processes of God, to maneuver out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praise You, Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who of you thinks that you heard what I just said?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God \u2014 that is change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is expressed through transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I just want to say thank you to all of you for coming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Church and Kingdom \u2014 Two Different Things<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So we see church and we see kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Church and kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two very important terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are not the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They interact with each other, but they are not the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are not the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the desire of God is that we go from the church experience to kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I will explain what I mean by that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God leads us into church, brings us to church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because church is the gathering of the chosen ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And God still calls and invites people in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But kingdom is the expression of His reign, of His order, and of His kingdom on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Role of the Church<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Church is a place where you are born into the family of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is a place where believers are prepared so that they would reach maturity and can express the Kingdom of God accordingly \u2014 the reign of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But church must understand its main calling, and we must understand the main calling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Church has a calling to prepare me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is a place where God wants to teach me so that I reach maturity and perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where God wants to raise me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is a place of correction and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, everything that happens in church \u2014 home groups, Bible studies, prayers \u2014 all of those things have a goal, a purpose: that I do not remain the same as I was, but that my mind would be transformed and that my heart would be transformed, so that I would experience the power of repentance, and so that there would be visible fruit in my life that I am a part of God&#8217;s family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So God wants to lead me through church so that I become a good citizen of His kingdom, so that I would inherit His kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seek the Kingdom First<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore Jesus said: &#8220;Seek the kingdom first of all.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He did not say &#8220;seek church.&#8221; He said &#8220;seek the Kingdom of God,&#8221; because that is the main purpose of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we talked about how a person&#8217;s spiritual life walks through different phases of life \u2014 from salvation to maturity, from a believer to a child of God, from a believer to becoming a son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A believer is not the same as a son or a disciple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where do we see that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John 8, verses 31 and 32.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verses 31 and 32 \u2014 who thinks that they understand these thoughts?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From Believer to Disciple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">John 8:31-32 \u2014 The Condition of Discipleship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is said that Jesus turned to Jews who had started to believe Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if you notice the word &#8220;believed&#8221; \u2014 He did not call them disciples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To go from a believer to a disciple, you must go through a process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To the Jews who had believed Him, Jesus said \u2014 and highlight this word, &#8220;had believed.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were Jews who believed, but they argued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But now He turned to those who believed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We come to church through faith, through being born again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And He said, in this word, &#8220;if&#8221; is very important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is a condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">John 8:31-32 &#8220;If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>And again we see His word: to remain in His Word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is what makes us disciples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A disciple does not just know the Word \u2014 he lives in the Word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you know, in chapter 15 it says, &#8220;If you remain in me and my words in you, you will bear fruit, and then you will be my disciples.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is chapter 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Word as Food, Not Just Knowledge<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>And we see that the desire of God is that we go forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But this transaction will be related to our appetite to eat the word \u2014 not just to know the word, but to apply the word as food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is what He said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matthew 4:4 &#8220;Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.&#8221; (ESV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>So God does something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He raises sons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He raises mature sons \u2014 He wants to see mature sons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And there are specific characteristics for these sons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can pretend to be mature, but this pretending will not save us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By their fruit you will know them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These fruits are different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, spiritual life in the way of a person is a movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praise God that we have come to salvation and we have answered the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praise God that we have entered the church of the living God and we are joined to the family of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is wonderful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you must go forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In what way?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So that through church we would receive this discipline and correction, receive the word that completes us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Main Focus Is the Kingdom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The main focus of Jesus is not church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Church is important, but the main focus is the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe I said it previously, but it is important and we must keep it not just in mind, but in our hearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Church is not the destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main purpose of God is to get into the Kingdom of God, to inherit the kingdom, to become an instrument of the Kingdom of God on earth, to enter the fullness of God&#8217;s inheritance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore we cannot step back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entering the Kingdom Through Maturity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, I said that to enter the kingdom and to enter church are two different things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I will quickly repeat what I said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we enter church \u2014 in what way?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We enter church through faith in Jesus Christ and through being born again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will say it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God says, &#8220;Seek the Kingdom of God.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And He says to those who are already in church: that is a beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a good and important beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But now, church, seek the Kingdom of God first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And what does it mean to seek the kingdom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How do we enter the kingdom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We enter the kingdom through spiritual maturity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can listen to the last sermon on this topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We enter the kingdom through maturity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">God Does Not Entrust Inheritance to Children<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God never entrusts His inheritance to children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He loves them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He takes care of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are His children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But He will not entrust His inheritance or His power \u2014 His authority \u2014 to children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Galatians 4:1-3 &#8220;What I am saying is that as long as an heir is underage, he is no different from a slave, although he owns the whole estate. The heir is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father. So also, when we were underage, we were in slavery under the elemental spiritual forces of the world.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>So a potential heir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the reason why many think that if we repent from our sins we automatically inherit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we read the Bible, we can see that a person can be in church, but they cannot inherit the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because they are not mature yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They do not bear the fruit that God is looking for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They cannot be trusted with the kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potentially, we are all heirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But to enter this inheritance we cannot remain children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These things are understandable even among people in the world, in society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wise parents will never entrust an inheritance to those who will waste it away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You know, there are people who write their testaments in a certain way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And though people may be in rich families, just because you are born in a rich family does not mean you are going to be trusted with the inheritance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entering the Kingdom Through Overcoming<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>So we enter the kingdom through overcoming difficulties, through the ability to overcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>People can speak correct things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They can think that they are ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But as soon as tests come, they will behave differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, God allows us to walk through tests to see if we will remain faithful through those tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a scripture we can read \u2014 James.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These things, my dear friends, are very important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let our attitudes be created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Relationship with God and relationship with each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standing Through Trials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">James 1:12 \u2014 The Crown of Life<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">James 1:12 &#8220;Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>What do we see here?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A man who stands in trials, in temptations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because by being tried, he has not moved away from the love of God and faithfulness \u2014 the principles of faithfulness, godly standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such a person would rather die than betray the positions he has been tried in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And he has received a crown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To those who love Him \u2014 the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Love in His words, love through the trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An untried person is not safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you here?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because he has not been tried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore we enter the Kingdom of God by overcoming trials and hardships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people fail the test because they are not able to overcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Entering the Kingdom Through Transformation of Character<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Through transformation of character we enter the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I simply repeat what we talked about before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Galatians 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are very specific things there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a fruit that God does not want to see in His children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And they are called the works of the flesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us pay attention to that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read this list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What things still overcome you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It means that you will still need to be influenced by the word and by the people around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praise the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God is not just negative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He does not just focus on the negative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, if we focus on the positive, the negative will leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, you had better focus on the fruit of the Spirit, so that those things would develop in you and the works of the flesh will disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who is here with me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A man has a tendency to focus on the negative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You cannot change yourself by focusing on sin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must focus on the fruit of the Spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All the Saved Enter Church \u2014 But Not All Enter the Kingdom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>And therefore all the saved and born-again people enter church as part of God&#8217;s people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But that is not yet proof that every one of them enters the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enter the fullness of the kingdom, God calls us to reach perfection and maturity, to learn to walk through trials, to be transformed in character, and \u2014 most importantly \u2014 to live in obedience to God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The One Will in the Kingdom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main characteristics of the kingdom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There cannot be two wills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is impossible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only one will must take over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you know what that is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you know what that is?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Only the will of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, obedience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Church Equips Us for the Kingdom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>And then it is as if the church is given to us to prepare us, to purify us, to create in us the character of Christ \u2014 to be taught and equipped for battle, for ministry \u2014 to prepare mature sons for the kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the main calling of the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I say that church is not for you, that is what I mean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am not saying that God will not love you in church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As family, He will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He will care for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He will correct us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God will teach you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God will say to you, &#8220;It is time to grow up.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wipe your tears and sniffles \u2014 there is no use devoting yourself to empty works anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stop circling around your life, around your will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 Timothy 3:16-17 \u2014 Equipped Through the Word<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us look at a couple of scriptures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you know them, praise God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We must read them again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Timothy 3, verses 16 to 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us read verse 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 Timothy 3:16-17 &#8220;All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>How does God bring us to perfection?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is through the word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because it is said that all Scripture is God-breathed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why the Church Must Preach the Word<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Why must the church preach the word of God?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is because that is the instrument to prepare the holy ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the purpose of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So that every person in church would be prepared for specific works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How many in church do we consider without specific works?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That hinders the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How many years can you sit in church and say, &#8220;I am not ready yet&#8221;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maturity Means Taking Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the characteristics of mature people is that they take responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who of you has children who take responsibility, and you are happy about it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You did not even have to say anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They noticed what needed to be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And they did it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And you came, and it was already done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every parent rejoices in that when children are mature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there are those who are parents but are irresponsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are children who are irresponsible, but they request the rights of the firstborn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So in church, we mature, and we take responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because the works of God on this earth are done through His sons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the church is full of people who are spiritual children or infants, there will be no growth, there will be no development, and the purposes of God will not be reached until people who can take responsibility rise up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Kingdom Comes Through Inner Transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God is His main purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the Kingdom of God comes through the transformation of a certain group of people from the inside out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These people do not expect that some law will be pressed on them \u2014 &#8220;you must do this, you must do that.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because they have this motivation inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because the word of God has become law for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And it does not matter where they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are transformed by this inner law, and they show the will of God wherever they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ephesians 4:11-13 \u2014 God Equips Through the Church<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ephesians 4:11-13 &#8220;So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>We know that God has set these gifts in the church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is why church is important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is a place where God equips us and provides for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because He prepares us for the kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because His main destination and purpose is the kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And He wants His children to be part of this kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He wants to rule alongside His children in His kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He wants to give authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ephesians 5:26-27 \u2014 Purified Through the Word<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ephesians 5:26-27 &#8220;&#8230;to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>And here we see that God speaks through Paul for husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church, giving Himself up for her, so that this world would make her holy \u2014 to separate her from impurity \u2014 and to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In church, God purifies us through the word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our attitude towards the word that God gives us and sends to us is important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That determines whether God can purify us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why does He purify us?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And to present her to Himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God is multiplied through such a church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making Effort to Guard the Word<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No, we cannot cleanse ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And therefore God does not call us to put in all our own effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you think that you do not need to make any effort at all?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In what direction must we make effort?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In receiving the word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make effort to guard the word of God in your heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Psalm 119 and Psalm 1 \u2014 Meditating on the Word<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>David said, &#8220;I kept Your word in my heart so as not to sin against You.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Psalm 1:2-3 &#8220;But whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither \u2014 whatever they do prospers.&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>David said, &#8220;Blessed is a man that meditates on His laws day and night&#8221; \u2014 day and night, to meditate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And such a person will be as one planted by the rivers, and his leaves will not wither.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When winter comes, his leaves are green.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because he is by the streams of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What water?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We just read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cleanse the church with the word \u2014 and the word is that water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Healing Leaves \u2014 Revelation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The book of Revelation says that the leaves are to heal people. So even when there are no fruits yet, there are leaves, and these leaves bring healing all around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your life will be blessed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And also for those around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leaves always evergreen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because you are in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And even when there are some anomalies of weather, it does not influence you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to be this tree planted by the streams of water whose leaves do not wither, that brings fruit in every season \u2014 there is fruit that we can bring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And not by strength or power, but through the word. Through church, God builds His people, transforms them, and prepares them for the kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Kingdom Is Not Established by Outer Authority<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God is established not through outer authority, but through inner transformation in people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will understand what I mean by that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you examine the history of Christianity, you will see that there have been times in history where people have tried to establish or create the Kingdom of God by force here on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And all those trials failed, because God does not work like that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How does God work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us open Luke 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God works from within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He does not use political ways or political force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He does not use pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He uses different methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luke 17 \u2014 The Kingdom of God Is Within<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luke 17:20-21 \u2014 Not Something That Can Be Observed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luke 17:20-21 &#8220;Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, &#8216;The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, &#8220;Here it is,&#8221; or &#8220;There it is,&#8221; because the kingdom of God is in your midst.'&#8221; (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Luke 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied: the coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What did Jesus mean by that?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They asked: where is the Kingdom of God?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When will it come?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How will it come?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want you to understand that these people who asked these questions expected a change of government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They expected when the Roman Empire would fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And they sought all the signs to physically be able to see where the Kingdom of God is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I would like to say that the disciples of Jesus \u2014 including Peter \u2014 even after the resurrection of Christ, asked this question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said, &#8220;Lord, won&#8217;t You bring the Kingdom of God at this time?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apparently, they were talking about two different kingdoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jesus talked about one kingdom, and their understanding was of a different kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And Jesus said, &#8220;My kingdom is not from this world.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Kingdom Starts in the Heart<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, Jesus says here that the Kingdom of God will come in a way that is not apparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God starts in the heart of a man who surrenders to God&#8217;s will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It starts within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not a territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not a political reign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not an outer transformation \u2014 although all those things are wonderful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, it is God&#8217;s government in a man&#8217;s heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will repeat it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God is not a territory or political authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not an outer transformation of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our modern world you can transform society in such a way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But first of all, it is God&#8217;s government in a man&#8217;s heart \u2014 so that God would reign in your heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is what the Kingdom of God is: where God rules, where God governs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repentance \u2014 The Starting Point<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When Jesus came to teach, when John came to talk about the kingdom, when the disciples came to talk about the kingdom, they all started with one word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who remembers that word?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first words that John the Baptist said, and Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the day of Pentecost, when a crowd of people came together, what Peter said was: &#8220;Repent of your sins.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God starts with repentance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repentance is a conscious decision of a man who knows that he is not going in the right direction, and he turns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repentance means a restored mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the opposite of repentance is rebellion, self-will, self-justification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Self-Justification vs. Repentance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adam and Eve \u2014 The Pattern of Justification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you justify yourself, you have not repented of your sins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember when God came to Eden and said, &#8220;What have you done?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adam did not repent. He said, &#8220;Lord, I was not right&#8221; \u2014 wait, what did Adam actually say?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He started to justify himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said, &#8220;That was not me. That was this wife that You gave to me. If she had not given me anything, I would not have eaten.&#8221; And so with all the questions: &#8220;Go to her.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When there is justification or self-justification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When God came to Eve and asked, &#8220;What have you done?&#8221; \u2014 do you think that she repented?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She justified herself too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;That was not I. That was the snake.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men justify themselves constantly. They cannot experience true repentance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, God wants our minds to be transformed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hallelujah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transformed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because in the Kingdom of God, a man&#8217;s mind is transformed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praise the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who understands me up to this point?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you receive the word?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Kingdom Is Not Established by Force<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zechariah 4:6 \u2014 Not by Might, Not by Power<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us open Zechariah 4:6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God is not established through power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I will talk about it the next time \u2014 it is not established by force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is established by the work of God in a man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Power is needed to transform behavior, so our power can transform the behavior of a man, but it is not able to transform the nature of a man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We can rewrite all the laws of Latvia and make them Christian, but it will still not bring the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you here with me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because some think that if we rewrite the laws and base them on the Bible \u2014 no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And God had the best law \u2014 the Ten Commandments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But do you think that because they had these ten commandments, they surrendered to them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did they obey?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God cannot be forced from outside by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kingdom of God comes through inner transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the work of God and the work of the Word in a man&#8217;s heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When the Church United with Political Power \u2014 A Warning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You know, there was a time when \u2014 after this century of persecution \u2014 the church was acknowledged by political authorities, and the church started to have influence in society. And the problem came.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Political forces and church forces united, and people started to force the faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Christian country&#8221; \u2014 and all the countries believing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And this outer force was being used to make people believe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And when all of that started, the church lost its holiness, its spiritual influence, and that was a tragedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, when we sometimes think that the Kingdom of God is being established by force, we must change our mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a lie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because remember that force does not change the heart of a man. But the Kingdom of God comes when a heart changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the only force that is able to do it is the power of love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we will talk about it the next time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the reason why God talks about love so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He surrendered hearts, and they willingly followed. And He did not invade by sword, but by love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, the Kingdom of God cannot be established by force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zechariah 4:6 \u2014 By My Spirit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>And let us open Zechariah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zechariah 4:6 &#8220;Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,&#8221; says the Lord Almighty. (NIV)<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>We see here the difference between armed force and power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is a worldly way to solve any problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How many wars are in this world?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because a man thinks that he can solve problems by force and by army.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But in the end, everyone will come to the conclusion that this does not work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And therefore people force their desires by force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But that is the way of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who is here with me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And soon we will see that the Kingdom of God takes over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we see that the Kingdom of God is established, everyone puts their swords down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A lamb and a lion side by side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So the Kingdom of God is of a completely different nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no hate anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because not by force and not by might \u2014 there is a different kind of power: the power of God&#8217;s love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Instruments of the World vs. the Kingdom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is violence in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is war and there is force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is forcing people to act in a certain way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is intimidation \u2014 when you are intimidated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is oppression of a man&#8217;s will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And there is holding captive by fear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And all those things are not instruments to establish the Kingdom of God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not by might, not by power, but by My Spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Power of the Kingdom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The power of the kingdom releases from fear, transforms, and attracts by love \u2014 in place of taking over by force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of the Kingdom of God is not to enslave a man, but to restore him from within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And so that he would willingly follow God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hallelujah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God wants us to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That we would understand these to Transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Father, we thank You.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank You for Your wisdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank You, Lord, that You show us Your true purpose so that Your Kingdom of God would
