Opportunity to feed our heart with the living word of God is given to us by the great mercy of the Lord. God is light, there is no darkness in Him! The light of His word enlightens us and makes us wiser.\r\n\r\nJesus was glad when He saw God\u00b4s will being fulfilled on Earth, since that\u00b4s was His goal He came here for. That is exactly why Jesus could rejoice even at the time of His sufferings. He was able to see events of His personal life with the light of eternity, and He knew hos it related to His mission. Jesus went to die on the cross being aware of that God\u00b4s will for Him thus would be fulfilled. Outside of His sufferings and pain He could see something of greater value. In His death Jesus could see millions of people saved and made free, that\u00b4s why He rejoiced being slandered and tortured. True joy is a power that helps us to go \u00b4till the end and reach the goal, whatever temporary obstacles come our way. What is the reason of your life if at the end your joy turns into sorrow. Jesus said that a man may gain the whole world but lose his soul.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h6>\u00abFor what does it profit a man, to gain the whole world, and forfeit his life? For what will a man give in exchange for his life?\u00bb\u00a0(Mark 8:36-37).<\/h6>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nThe fact that you\u00b4ve gained the whole world should not be the reason why you rejoice, rather rejoice because you can use your benefits to do great things for the Lord, fulfil your mission on this Earth thus helping God to save many people.\r\n\r\nWhen you receive healing you should rejoice not just because it\u00b4s happened but rather because now being fit as a fiddle you can do more for the Lord. What is the benefit of your health if you waste your life for nothing! The answer is \u2013 no benefit!\r\n\r\nSo Jesus told His disciples not to rejoice because the spirits were subject to them, but rejoice that their names were written in heaven, thus God\u00b4s will was fulfilled.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h6>\u00abNevertheless, don\u2019t rejoice in this, that\u00a0the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.\u201d\u00bb. (Luke 10:20).<\/h6>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nJesus rejoiced when disciples revealed the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven, for it was well-pleasing in God\u00b4s eyes.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h6>\u00abIn that same hour Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit, and said, \u201cI thank you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for so it was well-pleasing in your sight.\u201d\u00bb.\u00a0(Luke 10:21).<\/h6>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nEven nowadays Jesus is still rejoicing when sees God\u00b4s will fulfilled on Earth as on Heaven. Do you want to please God more? Then consecrate yourself to reveal and fulfil His will for your life.\r\n\r\nYou, for example, can dedicate your life to do your best drawing sinners into the Kingdom of Heaven. Heaven rejoice each time when one sinner repents his sins on Earth.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h6>\u00abI tell you that even so there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, than over ninety-nine righteous people who need no repentance. &#8230; Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting.\u201d\u00bb\u00a0(Luke 15:7-10).<\/h6>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nIf you can consecrate yourself to doing everything that helps to bring sinners to Christ, then your life on Earth will become the source of constant jubilation on Heaven.\r\n\r\nWe are going to continue tomorrow.\r\n\r\nBe blessed!\r\n\r\nRufus Adjiboje, pastor","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Even nowadays Jesus is still rejoicing when sees God\u00b4s will fulfilled on Earth as on Heaven.
