The truth shall make free

Good day friends, thank you for taking few minutes to feed your spirit through our daily word for spiritual strength. It is my desire that you will love the word of God more and more and apply it to your life. Many people today are running here and there in search of freedom, deliverance and happiness. However, God has place in our hand the responsibility of delivering ourselves from the snare of the devil
“Give not sleep to thine eyes, nor slumber to thine eyelids.Deliver thyself as a roe from the hand of the hunter, and as a bird from the hand of the fowler” (Proverb 6: 4-5).
Jesus said you shall know the truth and the truth shall make free (John 8:32). It is the truth you apply to your life that guarantee your freedom. There is no amount of prayers by others that will help you in your pursuit of freedom and happiness if you neglect biblical principle of walking in freedom. God’s instruction for you today is to:
  • Deliver yourself through genuine repentance (Proverb5: 22; 2Timothy2: 24-26; James 5: 16; Proverb 28: 13);
  • Deliver yourself through forgiveness (Mathew 6: 15; 5:25-26; 18: 34);
  • Deliver yourself through obedience to the truth (2 Corinthian 10:3-6;Isaiah 63: 10);
  • Deliver yourself through prayer and fasting (James 5: 13,16; Hebrew 4: 16; Mathew 17: 14-21);
  • Deliver yourself through worship and thanksgiving (2 Chronicle 20; Acts 16; Jonah).
Remember, prayer doesn’t work when you neglect biblical principles, so in your search for freedom and happiness, allow the word of God to guide and direct your life. Have a wonderful day! Pastor Rufus Ajiboye.

  • How to enter your ministry?

    If a person doesn’t have any desire to serve, it is very difficult to motivate him. This desire has to be strong enough to move you to action; otherwise you won’t do anything. It is easy to teach and lead a person that has a desire and an interest in something. And it is very difficult to convince and motivate the one who is indifferent. Where does the desire to serve come from? This desire comes from the understanding of God’s will and the purpose of our salvation.

  • Purpose for living

    Many people ask themselves a question of why they feel inner emptiness. So many continue to walk the wrong way in their lives, and it goes on day after day. They feel their life to be aimless and they continue their walk unmotivated.Multitudes of people do not have a clue of why they live and whether the life is worth living. All of these things happen because they do not have a clear purpose for living.
  • But he who endures to the end shall be saved!

    The question arises why so many people start their walk with God but turn aside in one of the crossroads of life; they turn back to where they came from. It reminds me the story of Jewish people. For a long time this nation was in slavery in Egypt. They were burdened by hard work with no payment. The nation of Israel cried out to God, and God delivered them and brought them out of Egypt. They had to walk to the Promised Land. Every day they were getting closer to it. There were difficulties on their way; they had to flee some wrong things, avoid making wrong decisions, wrong relationships; they had to overcome grumbling and complaining. Israelites had to obtain more and more knowledge of God while heading towards their Promised Land.
