You make room for Him and His Word in your daily schedule

Dear friends! Welcome to our daily word for Spiritual strength. I hope you have been enjoying this daily word. It is my prayer that you will be strengthened and refreshed as you meditate on this fresh word from God today. I want to conclude our discussion on starting ministry and life in the presence of God. There is one last thing I want to show you today as I conclude this topic. And this will be a lesson from the teaching of Jesus Christ Himself in the book of John 14:21:
“Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him.”
According to the above passage, there is a process or protocol we need to follow if we want to see and experience the manifestations of God in our lives and in ministries. Now it is true that God is an omnipresent God. He is present everywhere at the same time. However, it is important to note that his presence is more real and felt in some places than anywhere else. What determines such a big difference? This is what I mean when I say we need to follow a protocol. Following the right protocol is what differentiates between the intensity of God’s manifest presence in our lives, homes and churches. The key in this process is to love God. Even though God loves you, the only way you can experience and enjoy more of His love is to love Him and spend more time with Him and in His word. Spending time in the presence of God will make His presence more real to you. When we spend time to love God, then we will experience His love in our lives. Let us see God’s message to us from our passage of the day. To love God means to have His command. I hope you understand that His command is the same thing as His Word. We cannot love God without His Word. Your love to God is measured by your attitude to His word. You must spend time to fill your heart with the word of God if you truly love God. If you do not have time for His word, then you are too busy doing the wrong thing. Our ministry starts by spending time with God and in His word. That is what demonstrates and proves that our true motive for ministry is love for God; that is what helps us to serve others more effectively, and that is what releases His manifest presence to bless others as we serve them. The Bible clearly states that you should:
 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. 17And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him” (Colossians 3:16-17).
As you spend time to put in His word, you will be able to admonish others with all wisdom and do everything you do to the glory of God. Jesus continues to say that it is not enough to have His commandments if we love Him. To love God is to have His commandments and obey those commandments. It is to those who love Him enough to know and obey His commands that Jesus promised to show Himself. Have you qualified yourself for the manifestation of God, or are you too busy to do that?     Transformed person serves other people because he loves them, not in order to benefit from them. It makes me sad when I meet people who minister because it gives them a certain benefits. It´s awfully hard to change a person who has such motives. Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus was one of this kind. For three and a half years he had stayed with Jesus, but in no way it changed him, because he had sinister motives. Judas Iscariot was greedy, money loving man. Jesus put Judas in charge with financial part of His ministry, so he had access to money and offerings. First Judas began to steal money from their pay-box, later also betrayed his Master.

    The Bible says, that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. What shall I do when I feel my prayer doesn´t work well. Shall I read a book about upsurge and healing, or listen to a sermon about liberation from curse, maybe I should blame devil and demons for all failures of my praying life. It´s them who set obstacles for me. Quite often people blame devil for all failures in their life. When I listen to the sermons constantly focusing on satan and demons I ask myself, whom are we preaching and whom are we glorifying? Read gospels to see what Jesus said to the demon. He said: “leave him” then continued his way. It´s not a satan fault that you don´t practise praying.

    Whoever loves God serves people. The one who serves people is blessed and exalted by God. Ministry is a sacrifice. When you serve, you give what is yours – time, money, energy, sleep, food etc. God loves generous hearts, and He can’t pass by this type of people.Do you know why God blessed Abraham? It was because Abraham was a generous man. He was ready to give anything to God. Abraham left his family in obedience to God; he yielded to his nephew and allowed him to choose a place of lodging first. Abraham gave tithe to God at the time when no such law existed. He did not refuse to sacrifice to God his own son. For this reason God blessed him.
