One of the instruments of daily victory is praise and worship

Hello Friends, I am glad to inform you today that God has make a provision for us to overcome in life. One of the instruments of daily victory is praise and worship and we will be talking about that today. My question to you today is this: Are you experiencing the victory of praise in your life. Have considered the power and privileges available to you through praise? Let me show you few of these privileges from the word of God. Praise is an instrument of warfare (2 Chronicle 20)In the story in this book, we read about how a great army of aggressors came against King Jehoshaphat and his people.
“It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle”
Jeshoshaphat has no idea how to handle this great company, so his first reaction was fear. However, he quickly turned unto God:
“And Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself to seek the LORD, and proclaimed a fast throughout all Judah” (2 Chronicle 20: 3).
Jeshoshaphat confessed his trust in the Lord
“O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee”. (2 Chronicle 20: 12).
Are you faced with some giants in your life right now? Are you afraid because some sudden situations has surfaced in your life that you have no idea how to tackle? Well, I have good news for you today: Follow the example of King Jehoshaphat and turn to the Lord. Confess your trust in Him, praise Him and harness the power imbedded in praise and it will surprise you what the Lord will do.Praise was the strategy of victory King Johoshaphat used to overcome his enemies. Let’s read how it happened:
“And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell before the LORD, worshipping the LORD. 19And the Levites, of the children of the Kohathites, and of the children of the Korhites, stood up to praise the LORD God of Israel with a loud voice on high. 20And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper. 21And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever. 22And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten. 23For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another” (2 Chronicle 20: 16-23).
Praise is still a weapon of victory till now. When God say we should praise him, it is not because He is in need of praise. He only wants us to focus on him through our praise instead of focusing on our problems or meditating on the power our enemies.As you decide to live a lifestyle of praise the Lord from today on, invisible walls of opposition will crumble in your life. God will set ambushments against the enemies of your destiny and victories will not depart from your life in Jesus Name.Remember, praise is a weapon of war and Life is a battle as we know, so you will need to master the art of praise through daily practice.God bless you guide you into your victory this day!     Yesterday we spoke about how we can experience God´s power and mercy in our life. It fully depends on how deep we dedicate ourselves to Him. Once we realise we are not living for ourselves but for One who died for us, we discover the source of the unlimited power and mercy of God.However, submission to God doesn´t mean doing everything that comes to your mind. Contrariwise, it makes us responsible for getting to know what God bears in His heart regarding His will to our life. For this reason you have to submit yourself in whole to the Lord in order to have fellowship with Him as a source of inspiration, freshness and guidance. Everybody who experienced His power in his life and became a tool of His mercy constantly submitted himself to the Lord.

  • Where there is life there is hope

  • You have been created, redeemed and restored! You were born twice!

    We are not only created by God, we are also reworked or recreated by Jesus Christ. We are talking about the opportunity available to sinful people because Christ has come into this world. This is exactly what the letter to Ephesians says:«You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the powers of the air, the spirit who now works in the children of disobedience; among whom we also all once lived in the lust of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus; for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.» (Ephesians 2:1-10).

    Leaving for his mission Paul didn´t make himself unaccountable just because he had already been anointed and free. At that moment Paul had become a mature minister established many churches. Nevertheless, he was still an accountable person. He returned to the church at Antioch, to the place he had been sent from, to meet those whom God had been made an authority over Paul. Moreover, Paul also held an account before the apostles in Jerusalem regarding the way his ministry was going.«Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me. I went up by revelation, and I laid before them the gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain». (Galatians 2:1-2).

    The Bible says, „Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but blessed is he who keeps the law.” (Proverbs 29: 18).Another translation of „revelation” means revelation of the redemptive purposes of God, but the phrase „cast off restraint” is translated as „destruction”. Thus, without a clear understanding of the redemptive purposes of God, the nation of God is destroyed because they cast off restraint.
