The law of multiplication

I bless you, precious children of God, on this wonderful day and pray that God’s Word would be revealed to you in a special way and enrich your life. Today I want to discuss with you the law of multiplication. Let’s look into the Bible.
«And He said, „The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come»(Mark, 4:26-29).
Jesus speaks here of the power that is hidden in seed and about its potential. This passage of Scripture clearly shows that growth or multiplication is a process and not an instant event.  If we have seed and sow it in good ground, then we will definitely see a harvest. Seed will grow. Sown seed first gives blade, then head and then grain in the head. Multiplication and growth always imply process. It is unavoidable if we want to receive harvest. We just have to do our part. First, that we have to understand in order to receive harvest is that we need some seed. The truth is that we already have seed. If you want to see multiplication in some area of your life you should know that you already have seed from God. But until you sow the seed there won’t be any grown or changes. There are no short cuts to multiplication; it is a process. Until you sow you seed you won’t see any differences or changes in your life. What does that mean to sow seed? It implies the part that should be done by a person, not God. It is similar to farmer’s work: in order to receive harvest he needs to sow and to plant, then he waters, then he weeds; that is, he works hard to create the most favourable conditions for the seed he has sown. As soon as farmer does his part he can fully trust the Lord Who gives increase. «..and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. For the earth yields crops by itself…»  We are not able to explain how seed grows; we don’t understand this process fully, but we can do our part. And when we do our part, God promises that there will be multiplication and harvest. It is God Who sends rain, sunshine and everything else necessary for the seed to produce crops. Do you desire to see changes in your life? Do you want to see harvest? What are you doing for it to happen? Remember, without sowing there is no harvest.May the Lord bless you! Pastor Rufus Ajiboye

    1. God makes the feet of this person strong as the feet of deer. This person is able to run and not get weary. When he or she faces an obstacle or a wall, he has the strength to get over it. This thought is profound: the person who is filled with God’s light has power to overcome the difficulties of life. There are no invincible barriers for him. When the light of God comes into the person’s life, God’s wisdom comes with it and helps overcome all obstacles.
  • What are the benefits of pain and suffering at the time? II

Problems try and purify our faith.Quite often the Bible compares sufferings with the furnace used for the purification of metal that burns up all the dross. “In this your greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honour, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ” (1 Peter, 1:6-7).
  • Piety II

Calling upon God – means to have habitual prayer life. Prayer helps us to draw near to God and releases His provision, because He is close to all who call upon Him. We also talked about the fact that our provision depends not only on our ability to call upon God, but also on how much we fear God. To fear God means to avoid evil, to do good, to seek peace and to follow it. God’s provision and blessing is the reward of those who fear Him. We also pointed out that God has secrets that are meant for dedicated people who call upon His Name and walk in the fear of the Lord. Besides all of the above, it is important to know that dedication to God is impossible without the love for Him.
  • Each of us is responsible for what we become in life

Taking responsibility for decisions we make in life, no matter what the circumstances are that lead us to these decisions, is one of the most important lessons that we can learn in this life.Human research shows that men and women for different reasons try to escape responsibility for what they are, and they blame other people for their failures.
  • Through prayer we invite God to take part in our lives

God does not come into our lives without being asked. Praying means to invite God to come and help us. It is a realization of the fact that I am weak and there is One Who is stronger than me, Who loves me and cares for me. Prayer is an invitation to the One Who is stronger than me and my circumstances.Do you remember Jairus? We read about him in Mark (5:22-23). He had sent his people to Jesus to invite Him to his house, because his daughter was on the verge of death.
  • What is compassion?

We must understand that Jesus’ disciples were not perfect; quite the opposite, they are ordinary people with „character issues”. Jesus did not wait until they become perfect, but sent them out to serve people. He did not have anybody else to send; so He worked with what He had. And He is calling us to do the same today; it applies to every one who considers himself to be His disciple. Jesus desires for God’s children to be filled with compassion and to help people allowing God to touch all the people around them with His love.If we see someone perishing physically because of some illness, we do everything to save him. We often do not realize that unsaved people are spiritually ill, that they are perishing and need salvation. We must do everything in our power to save them. So our hearts need to go out to them with love and compassion.
