The more we collaborate with God, the more prophecies we will see fulfilled

I bless you precious children of God and pray, so that God´s word be revealed to you in a special way today that it fill your life with new values.Yesterday we talked about God´s prophecies, fulfilment of which also depends on our contribution. No prophecy will be fulfilled unless certain human resources have been released in appropriate circumstances.We have heard many prophecies of personal character and those that refer to church, and all of them are waiting on the day they will be fulfilled. Maybe you feel grieving these days, ill or completely exhausted. God has a different view at your life, He says: “You future is wonderful! You are healed! You are mighty and great!”When God turns to you He always calls you “a strong man”, while He seems flattering because the reality looks totally opposite to this. Maybe you are ill today, while God is saying: “you are well”, so you take a look around thinking: “Whom is He saying it to? Anybody, but me?” Sometimes God is full of humour! When Gideon was full of fear and in panic, he even hid himself from people, the angel of God visited him and called Gideon a strong man. Hearing these words Gideon thought the angel was talking to somebody else but him.
«The angel of Yahweh came, and sat under the oak which was in Ophrah, that pertained to Joash the Abiezrite: and his son Gideon was beating out wheat in the winepress, to hide it from the Midianites. The angel of Yahweh appeared to him, and said to him, Yahweh is with you, you mighty man of valour. Gideon said to him, Oh, my lord, if Yahweh is with us, why then has all this happened to us? and where are all his wondrous works which our fathers told us of, saying, Did not Yahweh bring us up from Egypt? but now Yahweh has cast us off, and delivered us into the hand of Midian. Yahweh looked at him, and said, Go in this your might, and save Israel from the hand of Midian: have not I sent you?» (Judges 6:11-14).
The more we collaborate with God, the more prophecies we will see fulfilled. When Gideon followed the way shown by the angel of God, he witnessed incredible God´s miracles. Collaboration with God leads to the fulfilment of God´s prophetic plans.When Jesus had entered Jerusalem, «all the city was stirred up», – this is a good example of His collaboration with God. We wish all our cities could be stirred up by the Holy Spirit, don´t we? We desire that God´s actions would be apparent, so that reporters reflect the ongoing events daily, don´t we? God stated that, so places will be stirred up one day. God desires that, but what about you? What does it mean to be stirred? When such things happen due to the changes taking place in people and through people the latter can´t remain indifferent to God any more. Nowadays people live wrapped in their problems, immersed in their own world, as though there is no God at all. They use some duty phrases in their speech like “For God´s sake”, “Thanks God”, but there is no God in their hearts at all. It happens to them just because they have never experienced the real God in their lives. God is a care taking father. Such people have not felt how real the God is, how powerful and Almighty Creator He is.God wants to manifest Himself in your life and in my life. God wants to bring revival into our families, our church, our cities. To accomplish this He needs helpers, ready to follow His call and obey His orders. I said, „I will confess my transgression to the Lord,” and You forgave the iniquity of my sin» (Psalm 32:5). Right after we confess our sins God takes away from us the burden of guilt. When our own hearts condemn us, when we experience the guilt caused by our sins, it is extremely hard to boldly go before Godi n prayer. Feelings of guilt destroy our confidence. So, in order for us to get rid of the guilt we need to repent of our sins.

    The question arises why so many people start their walk with God but turn aside in one of the crossroads of life; they turn back to where they came from. It reminds me the story of Jewish people. For a long time this nation was in slavery in Egypt. They were burdened by hard work with no payment. The nation of Israel cried out to God, and God delivered them and brought them out of Egypt. They had to walk to the Promised Land. Every day they were getting closer to it. There were difficulties on their way; they had to flee some wrong things, avoid making wrong decisions, wrong relationships; they had to overcome grumbling and complaining. Israelites had to obtain more and more knowledge of God while heading towards their Promised Land.

  • Prayer is just like breathing; it is the heavenly aroma that accompanies our life and activities

    Prayer is the living breath of heaven. As believers, we can be givers and can be involved in many important activities; nevertheless, without prayer all this ‘work’ will lack the heavenly breath of life. Take a look at artificial flowers: they are beautiful, but have no aroma. We are able to do good works without prayer; but we have to realize that our works will lack the aroma of life, the footprints of heaven. If these flowers were alive, then they would smell.

  • So a disciplined person is able to subject or control himself

    A disciplined person is always in submission to certain set of rules and order. If you do not have any rules or regulations, if you avoid the word ‘order’, in your life, then you are undisciplined, and you won’t be able to experience any spiritual progress or growth.Spiritual growth which is related to positive changes in a person’s life is not a heritage meant for undisciplined people. If a person lacks discipline, he will always break and ignore rules and regulations. It does not matter how many sets of rules and regulations he impose on himself for noble purposes, an undisciplined man will break them all as soon as he made them.
