Do not waste your time, but rather invest in what will outlive your time on earth

Peace with you dear friends! I want to tell you an old story about three men who were crossing a desert on the horsebacks during the night. At the moment when they were approaching a dry riverbed, suddenly a voice spoke to them: stop, get off the horse and fill your pockets with rocks. Same voice instructed them not to look at these rocks until the morning comes.
The voice promised that in case of their obedience they will experience joy and sorrow simultaneously at the end. Each of the men obeyed the voice, filled their pockets with rocks and left.
 At the daybreak they took their rocks out of their pockets, and surprisingly discovered that the rocks had turned into diamonds and gemstones. In the same moment men these men realized the meaning of the promise they were given about joy and sorrow simultaneously at the end. Sure they were happy for the diamonds. But they felt sorry for not taking more. In heavens we will enjoy the treasures that we have gained and sent there during our life time on earth. We will experience joy because of the rewards from Jesus Christ, but at the same time we will be sorry for not doing our best to serve Him more or minister in His name on earth. This is what Jesus meant when He invited people to do the following:
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. ” (Matthew 6:19-21)
 Do not waste your time, but rather invest in what will outlive your time on earth. Send your treasures to heaven by investing in those who are going there. Many are rich with goods and treasures of this world, but they are poor toward God. The Bible call such people fools: 
“But God said to him, “You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?” 21This is how it will be with anyone who stores up things for himself but is not rich toward God.” (Luke 12: 20-21)
God will open all doors before you, if you will only be ready to serve Him and commit yourself to Him 100%. My wish for you is that you all become rich toward God and be satisfied in this life. I also wish you more joy and less sorrow in the lifу to come. Peace be with you! Pastor Rufus Ajiboye

    To do good work means doing what you can do. God never asks you to do something above your abilities.
