Be strong in faith and you will see that everything in your life will begin to change

Good morning, dear friends!I am so glad that you and I once again have the opportunity to look into the Word of God and draw from it power and wisdom to live this day successfully. We began talking about the life of Abram. Today let’s look at the principle of faith that appeared in his life.  God showed Himself to Abram, because He had a vision for his life. We can read about it in Genesis (12:1-4):
“Now the Lord had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” So Abram departed as the Lord had spoken to him, and Lot went with him. And Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.”
We already discussed that God wanted to bless Abram, give him a land, make his name great, to raise through him a great nation so that through this nation the whole world could be blessed. Nevertheless, in order for God to do all of this, Abram had to start cooperating with God. God needed Abram’s faith to fulfil everything He had promised Abram.   Faith is our cooperation with God. It does not matter what God has promised you in this life; He won’t be able to do it unless you demonstrate your faith. For this reason the Bible says that without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews, 11: 6). The Word of God says that Abram believed God and God counted it to him for righteousness.
“Afther these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying: “Do not be afraid, Abram, I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.” But Abram said, “Lord God, what will You give me, seeing I go childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?” Then Abram said, “Look, You have given me no offspring; indeed one born in my house is my heir!” And behold, the word of the Lord came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir.” Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.”And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be.” And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.”(Genesis, 15:1-6).
As you see, after God appeared to Abram and promised him an heir, Abram remained childless for quite some time. Abram began doubting whether God would be able to raise a great nation from him. God tried hard to settle his doubts. God tried to get Abram to cooperate with Him and not doubt His promises. And God succeeded, because
„he (Abram) believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness” (Genesis, 15:6).
Today God is pursuing us in the same way; He is trying to get us to cooperate with Him through faith. Faith is accounted to us for righteousness. Today we can say that living without faith is wrong living, because righteousness means to be right before God. A godly life is a life of faith. That is why God wants you to understand that only through faith and by faith will your life be righteous. Please, answer this very important question: «Do you believe that all those impossible situations and challenges facing you today can be changed? »  God desires you to understand that without faith you are not cooperating with God. Without faith it is impossible to see changes in your life. Be strong in faith and you will see that everything in your life will begin to change. We will continue tomorrow.Be blessed! Heaven is the place from which Jesus rules and reigns over everything. What God says about us in His Word is the truth which we must believe. We must believe that now we have heavenly authority and power that was given to us in order to destroy the works of devil on earth. That is what Jesus did when He walked on the planet earth: He destroyed and undo the works and intentions of the devil. He set an example for us to follow in His foot steps:«For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil» (1 John, 3:8b).
  • Changes mean working hard persistently!

God does this work through the Holy Spirit. We can collaborate with God in this process by our full obedience to Him.God wants to change you. If you are shy today, God wants to see you bold. If you are doubtful today, God wants to see you full of faith. Even if you are shy and pretend being as such because you inherited this quality from your ancestors and relatives – let me tell you, God desires to change it in you. He will accomplish this task if you allow it to Him.
  • Expect the best from God, adjust your life to the supernatural intervention from God, but do not forget to do your own part

Go for the best that God has in store for your life. Sometimes we slow down our breakthrough because we choose survival instead of coveting abundant life. Jesus has come that we may have life and life in abundance, instead of just having small drops of blessings. Let us look at the story of the lame man in the book of Acts of Apostles.

«We have heard with our ears, O God, our father have told us, the deeds You did in their days, in days of old: You drove out the nations with Your hand, but them You planted; You afflicted the peoples, and cast them out. For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, nor did their own arm save them; but it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, because You favoured them» (Psalm 44:1-3).
  • Never be stopped by problems!

Satan wants to hit our spirit via hardships, trials and problems. When your spirit is strengthened, you can overcome any kind of weakness, get through all kind of hardships and trials. So how can we strengthen our spirit? God´s word and His promises strengthen our spirit and overcome weakness and sufferings. In order to not give up, we need to learn how to lean on the word of God and His promises – fully and unconditionally. We have to learn God´s faithfulness and realise that God will never forsake us unless we abandon Him ourselves.
