In what way does ministry influences us?

Grace and mercy from God be multiply unto you today in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Today I want to be talking about the influence of ministry or Christian service on our lives. Ministry exerts a beneficial influence on a life of the one who serves. Every believer or member of the body of Christ ought to be a disciple of Christ and all disciples are supposed to be a minister or servant of God. As I have said before, Christian service or ministry exerts a great influence on our lives. Serving God will transform your life and layout before you a foundation to great and magnificent future. This why I consistently call on the people God to be engaged in concrete service in the house of God and for the Kingdom sake. In what way does ministry influences us? Ministry conforms a person to Christ and transforms him from an egoist into a loving and giving person. One of ways we can improve our love walk is through our Christian service. Jesus said that when a person loves Him, the person will obey His commandments. (John 14:15) Through Christian ministry we are translated to the level of practical Christianity, instead of remaining on the level of a mere hearer, who never put to practice what he has been learning. This is what Jacob is talking about in the following Scriptures:James 1: 22-26If you have accepted The Lord Jesus Christ and have received Him as your Lord and Saviour, but still do not serve in any dimension and you consider that normal then you are deceiving yourself. Please, resolve this problem today, get rid of this self-deception, be engaged in Kingdom business and start to bear fruit to the Glory of God. There are so many possibilities today to serve God and people. Dear friends, nothing can hinder you from finding your place of service in the Kingdom of God if you truly desire to do that. May the Lord assist you to bring more fruits that will abide forever! See you tomorrow! Peace and grace from the Lord may be multiplied in your life this day! We are still talking about the search for the meaning of life and happiness under heaven. Solomon showed us what path we should not take when we talk about the search of the meaning of life, happiness and satisfaction. When we take this wrong path, we will be disappointed and frustrated and it will lead us to total failure.
  • Lust brings sin, and sin brings death

«Let no man say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God,” for God can’t be tempted by evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each one is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed. Then the lust, when it has conceived, bears sin; and the sin, when it is full grown, brings forth death. Don’t be deceived, my beloved brothers. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.» (James 1:13-17).
  • What fruit does God want to see in our lives?

The souls of the people that have repented and come back to God. Every person that has come back to God is like a fruit. Every repented soul is the product of someone’s fruit that before God. God wants to see as many people as possible meeting Jesus and making Him the Lord of their lives through you. When we help people to meet Jesus and accept His lordship, we bear fruit that glorify God.
  • Forget not all His benefits!

Many of us do not thank God as we ought to, because we do not purposely keep in mind what God has done or is doing for us. We forget because we do not write it down. When I was a teenager, we often sang a song that said: «Count your blessings! Name every one of them, one after another, and you will be amazed at what the Lord has done!» I advise every one of you to record every miracle and every blessing that God does in our lives. You can use different methods: either modern technologies or simple writing.
  • Without forgiveness we rob ourselves both of the faith and good conscience

We can suffer shipwreck of our faith and end up in the prison with spiritual tyrants. Forgiveness makes us like our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Who forgave us all our offenses: «Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases» (Psalm, 103:2-3).
