In what way does ministry influences us?

Grace and mercy from God be multiply unto you today in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ! Today I want to be talking about the influence of ministry or Christian service on our lives. Ministry exerts a beneficial influence on a life of the one who serves. Every believer or member of the body of Christ ought to be a disciple of Christ and all disciples are supposed to be a minister or servant of God. As I have said before, Christian service or ministry exerts a great influence on our lives. Serving God will transform your life and layout before you a foundation to great and magnificent future. This why I consistently call on the people God to be engaged in concrete service in the house of God and for the Kingdom sake. In what way does ministry influences us? Ministry conforms a person to Christ and transforms him from an egoist into a loving and giving person. One of ways we can improve our love walk is through our Christian service. Jesus said that when a person loves Him, the person will obey His commandments. (John 14:15) Through Christian ministry we are translated to the level of practical Christianity, instead of remaining on the level of a mere hearer, who never put to practice what he has been learning. This is what Jacob is talking about in the following Scriptures:James 1: 22-26If you have accepted The Lord Jesus Christ and have received Him as your Lord and Saviour, but still do not serve in any dimension and you consider that normal then you are deceiving yourself. Please, resolve this problem today, get rid of this self-deception, be engaged in Kingdom business and start to bear fruit to the Glory of God. There are so many possibilities today to serve God and people. Dear friends, nothing can hinder you from finding your place of service in the Kingdom of God if you truly desire to do that. May the Lord assist you to bring more fruits that will abide forever! See you tomorrow! • Faith in Jesus is the only thing that can reverse the consequences of the fall

“And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin” (1 John, 3:5).Jesus came to take our sins; otherwise we would not be able to escape the tragedies, misery and death. Praise God that He sent Jesus into the world! Jesus is the proof of God’s love for us. If God wanted to do us evil, then He would have never sent Jesus to us.
  • Analyze your work and your days!

If we don’t learn to stop like God did to analyze what we are doing and where we are going, then we might end up in a totally different place, not at the intended destination, and we might get something we did not plan to get. It is so easy to get distracted, to get involved into all kinds of entertainment and futile things; that is why we need to stop once in a while to check and analyze what is happening in our lives, whether it is good or bad, should it be changed or not, is the direction of our lives right and good.
  • It is the content of your heart that determines where your life is heading! II

The Word of God that you keep in your heart will save you! In hard times, when people rise against you with slander and when all the circumstances seem to be against you, only the Word of God that you have in your heart will save you. That is why we say that God’s Word is our support system. It is like a bearing wall in a building. If you take it down, the building will collapse. A bearing wall carries the weight.
  • Without certain changes in our lives we won’t be able to receive God’s vision

The first thing God did to Abram was that He took him out of the tent, out of his comfort zone. While we stay within our comfort zone where we feel at ease, where we do not need to make an effort, where everything goes according to the habitual scenario, we are not able to see what God wants to show us. For this reason God often desires us to get out of our comfort zone, out of our routine lifestyle and for us to put forth some effort to expand our knowledge of the will of God for our life.
  • You have been created, redeemed and restored! You were born twice!

We are not only created by God, we are also reworked or recreated by Jesus Christ. We are talking about the opportunity available to sinful people because Christ has come into this world. This is exactly what the letter to Ephesians says:«You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the powers of the air, the spirit who now works in the children of disobedience; among whom we also all once lived in the lust of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest. But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus; for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.» (Ephesians 2:1-10).
