Don’t serve those things over which you, suppose to dominate according to the will of God

Hello, dear friends!

Thank God for this wonderful day that the Lord has granted unto us and thank God for yet another opportunity to be filled with the living word from Him!

I would like to share with you today one vital lesson from the Gospel of Mark. 2:27-28:

“ And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: 28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath”

In this short statement of Jesus Christ there is a very important lesson hidden for us. God is saying here that the sabbath was made for man and not man for the sabbath.

In life it is often possible to observe such a picture whereby those things over which man is meant to dominate are dominating over him instead. This distortion of the order established by God often results in many tragic problems in people’s lives today.

Dear friend, how does this apply to your life? Are you in possession of things or they are in possession of you? Do you own things or they own you?

In the Bible we are told that God gave dominion to man to use all things to the glory of God (Gen. 1:28). Are you ruling or exercising control over the things that God has placed under you or these things are rather ruling over you and controlling your life?

For example, some people are under the complete control of cigarettes. Think once again about what the Lord is saying to us today: “…” The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath”

Don’t become the servant of those things that should submit to you and serve you.

This is the word of the Lord to you today: Don’t serve those things over which you are supposed to dominate according to the will of God.

Money, alcohol, drugs, sex, pleasure, food, and many other things such as these ones-all of them should be under your feet. Don’t allow any of these things to dominate or rule over you.

May God bless you today and give you understanding!

  • The power and importance of forgiveness

We are going to have a look at the two sides of forgiveness.Forgiveness is something, life on Earth would turn into the sufferings of hell without. Every human faces the question of forgiveness time to time. We like the word “forgiveness” when we receive it, but what about when we have to forgive somebody, give something away from yourself? Quite often we are not willing to do so. Though, the true understanding of forgiveness obliges us to notice two sides of forgiveness. Let’s have a look at the verses from Scripture that help us to see them.

  • Prayer is petitioning God and receiving from Him

«Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened» (Mathew, 7:7-8).This passage of Scripture reveals three levels of praying. I really want you to see it. There are quite many places in the Bible where God has made known to us His desires and His will and promises. We can ask in prayer when the will of God has been revealed and made known.

  • Preparation of the way of the Lord

Today I would like to talk to you about the preparation of the way of the Lord. The preparation of the way precedes the coming of the Lord. Our readiness to meet God determines the actual experience with God. If we are not ready, we will be left outside of what God is doing. But if we are adequately prepared, we will be qualified to experience the visitation of the Lord. Let’s look the Scripture.

  • Calling forth convincing and irrefutable proof!

Many people expect miracle in their life and sometimes the waiting continues many years. I want to help you today to see that we should not wait for a miracle to come, but we need to call forth and cause these miracles. Any miracle that a person desires to experience in his life can be brought about by this person. It is possible that the miracle won’t come right away, but when you build the necessary (natural) platform for it, it will absolutely come into your life. And when it happens you will have undeniable proof for your faith and trust in the Lord.
