If you will not initiate changes, they will never happen in your life

Hello Friends! Here is the thought on my heart for you today. I want to believe that this will inspire you to take responsibility for your life! It is time to know that changes are initiated rather than expected. Changes do not happen by chance, they happen because someone initiated them. When it was dark and void all around, God initiated change by introducing light. He said “Let there be light”.
“In the beginning, when God created the universe, the earth was formless and desolate. The raging ocean that covered everything was engulfed in total darkness, and the Spirit of God was moving over the water. Then God commanded, “Let there be light”—and light appeared” (Gen.1: 1-3)
He did not complain about the situation, He did not fold His arm in expectation that things will change some how. No! God acted and the darkness was dispelled. Everything remains in the state of rest until a relevant force is applied to it. It is that force that initiates change. The bible records the story of 4 hungry lepers who changed not only their own destiny but the destiny of their city, because they refused to fold their arm in passivity and expect a miracle from heaven. They applied the force of faith and their situation was changed forever (see 2 King 7:3-16). God’s word for you today is to apply the spiritual force of faith, prayer and obedience to God’s truth to initiate the needed change around you today. Remember, if you will not initiate changes, they will never happen in your life. May unprecedented changes begin to manifest in your life starting from this day in the Name of Jesus! Remain blessed! See you tomorrow! Pastor Rufus Ajiboye
