Planning helps us to discover for ourselves the goal of our lives and steer our efforts towards fulfilling this goal

Peace upon you on this wonderful day! Today, I want to share with you the word about the importance of planning. Plan has a direct connection to our future. Planning is looking into our future and making assumptions of what our tomorrow will be like, and composing definite action steps in order for our life to flow according to the set course, instead of drifting. Nobody plans yesterday, and it is too late already to plan today. We plan the next day, the next week, the next month. We plan the future. Whoever does not want to think about the future, will be forced to live only in the past or only in the now. Through planning, we decide what our action steps will be like and what our desired result will be, according to our action. Planning is thinking about your future with a purpose, using all the currently available information and possibilities and using those wisely for your future.Planning is one of the expressions of wisdom, therefore those who do not plan are openly demonstrating their foolishness and ignorance. Planning helps us to discover for ourselves the goal of our lives and steer our efforts towards fulfilling this goal. The Bible says,
„Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but blessed is he who keeps the law.” (Proverbs 29: 18).
Another translation of „revelation” means revelation of the redemptive purposes of God, but the phrase „cast off restraint” is translated as „destruction”. Thus, without a clear understanding of the redemptive purposes of God, the nation of God is destroyed because they cast off restraint.  A nation is destroyed when they do not have a clear understanding where they are going and how they will get there. Many people are destroyed because they do not have a vision or understanding about the goal of life. Where there is no revelation about godly destiny, there will be no direction, no planning, and no strategies. Without vision or the understanding of purpose, all of our efforts will only lead to disappointment. Without the revelation about purpose, all of our efforts will be directed at nothing. Planning helps us to discover our purpose in life and steer our efforts towards the fulfilment of this purpose. It helps us to clearly understand our purpose and the direction toward which we are heading. A person cannot start planning unless he first understands where he is going or what he really wants. Planning forces us to address and settle such issues. Planning demands that a person have a definite and clear goal. Sometimes our understanding of our purpose or goal in life is too blurry, non-specific and general. Therefore it is sometimes hard to move forward to reach the goal. But planning helps us to be definite in relation to what we really want in life and how we are going to reach it. Have you defined what you want in your life? Toward what are you directing your efforts at present? Does that correspond to the goals or mission of your life? Before you cram up your planner with various programmes and activities, ask yourself: What do I want to achieve in my life and how will these activities help me to reach my goal? Remember: He who does not plan is openly showing his foolishness and ignorance. We will continue this topic tomorrow. May the Lord bless you! Many people have learned to call upon the name of God, but they do not have a slightest idea of the fear of the Lord. It is very important to understand that our provision depends not only on our ability to call upon God, but also on the level of the fear of God in our lives. My lifestyle is what determines the power of my prayers. Anyone who calls upon God must also fear God, – and that is what it means to call upon God in truth.«The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth» (Psalm, 145: 18).
  • The law of harvest and multiplication II

«Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow. And it happened, as he sowed, that some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds of the air came and devoured it. Some fell on stony ground, where it did not have much earth; and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of earth. But when the sun was up it was scorched, and because it had no root it withered away. And some seed fell among thorns; and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no crop. But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.» (Mark 4:3-8)
  • Do You Hear What God Speaks? III

There is another voice that we hear – it is the voice of other people and the voice of human standpoint. For example, the voice of experts goes in this category – a doctor who proclaims what the medical equipment indicates. A doctor may tell the patient that he will die in three days, because the medical equipment, the analyses and his own medical experience show that. Praise the Lord for our doctors, but we must know that the last word always belongs to God. God often says the totally opposite to what experts say. In such cases, it is necessary that we, while being respectful towards different specialists, put aside the expert conclusions and trust God, not people. The more you trust the expert conclusions and not the Word of God, the less God can give you life.
  • The example of accountability in the life of apostle Paul II

Leaving for his mission Paul didn´t make himself unaccountable just because he had already been anointed and free. At that moment Paul had become a mature minister established many churches. Nevertheless, he was still an accountable person. He returned to the church at Antioch, to the place he had been sent from, to meet those whom God had been made an authority over Paul. Moreover, Paul also held an account before the apostles in Jerusalem regarding the way his ministry was going.«Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me. I went up by revelation, and I laid before them the gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain». (Galatians 2:1-2).
  • If we want our talents to multiply, we must have a dream!

We all follow up our dream. It is built within us to pursue our dreams and do all we can to fulfill them. When we dream we awaken a desire within us that leads us to have the drive, passion and ambition to accomplish our dream. That is why people with dreams deploy everything within their reach to accomplish their dream. Godly ambition prompts a person to change.
