If your enemy is hungry, feed him..

Hello people of God!Today God has laid on my heart to emphasize a principle from His word that I believe is very vital in the days in which we live. This principle is recorded in the book of Proverbs 16:7.
“When a man’s ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with Him”.
This principle demands that we do our own part, so that God can do His own part. Our part is to please God in all our ways and manners. Your obedience has to be in place before God can deal with any disobedience from your enemy’s side. This is why the Bible teaches that God is
“…in readiness to avenge all disobedience, when your obedience shall be fulfilled” (2Cor. 10:6).
When you do your part, God is the one that will cause your enemies to be at peace with you. He is the one that will avenge all disobedience. For example, we are commanded by the Lord to love our enemies, pray for those who persecute us, and bless those who curse us (Matthew 5:43-45; Luke 6:27-28).If you obey this commandment, your ways will be pleasing to the Lord. This is how you will give God the permission to work on your behalf and cause your enemies to be at peace with you. God’s word for you today is this: If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty give him refreshing drinks; pray for him and do something good for him. You won’t have to wait long before God will surprise you. I strongly encourage you to meditate on Romans 12:17-20 today. As you do, may God bless you and cause your enemies to be at peace with you from this day on.See you tomorrow, Pastor Rufus Ajiboy

My dear friend, I would like you to think how you could use your times of special celebration, parties and other opportunities for bringing the gospel to your unsaved relatives, friends and acquaintances. In 1 Corinthians 10:31 the bible reminds us that whatever we do, we must do it for the glory of the Lord:“So whatever you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God”
  • What are you doing with your promotion?

Promotion is connected to the issue of wealth, and we are not talking just about money. Riches are more than money. Health, joy, good relationships, peace, rest, and love – those too are riches. Many people have lots of money, but they lack true riches. God tells us today not to be haughty and not trust in material things; we need to trust God alone. We should be generous and sociable. When problems come, God is the only One Who can help us. Trust God and do good works. By doing this, you will draw God’s attention and earn God’s promotion.
  • We have to always choose God´s will

Going through the most difficult ordeal in His life, when Jesus heart was internally struggling whether to accept or to reject God´s will, He proved with His own example that we have to always choose God´s will even if it requires us to go through pain and sufferings.«My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me; nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire.» (Matthew 26:39).« … Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.» (Luke 22:42)
  • Organization of effective prayer life III

Prayer is getting close to God.Let’s look at James (4:8): «Draw near to God and He will draw near to you…».Prayer means to consciously draw near to God. Prayer means to approach God on purpose.Who of you wants to draw near to God? Who of you desires for God to draw near to you? God cannot be closer to you than He is. But you can draw near to Him. God is so close to us; He says: „I am here!” You are asking: «God, where are You?” Remember when Elijah ran away and cried: «God, where are You?” But God was with him. God is everywhere! And we can draw near to Him through prayer.

Breakthrough always changes a person’s status and position. Today, I want to draw your attention to the fact that in this story, not only the crippled man experienced a breakthrough but also Peter and John, the Apostles. Not only the cripples need a breakthrough. Every person needs a breakthrough!Along with the crippled man, also Peter and John, the Apostles, experienced a breakthrough, because miracles that had not happened beforein through their ministry took place exactly on that day. Ever since then, different miracles never ceased in their lives and ministries. Even the shadow of Peter who started healing the sick as he passed by them.
