How can we face any opposition and problem with our faces shining at the same time?

Peace to you, dear friends!I thank the Lord for the regular opportunity to share with you the word of wisdom from the Lord. The Bible says that wisdom makes a person’s face to shine. Therefore today, I would like to talk about how we can overcome shame and dishonour in our lives.
„Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.” (Psalms 34:5)
The wisdom that makes a person’s face shine is hidden in this Scripture. How can we overcome dishonour and shame in our lives? How can we face any opposition and problem with our faces shining at the same time?The Scripture mentioned above teaches that it is necessary for us to look unto God by entering into His presence and learn to draw strength and wisdom from Him. Let us look at the life of Moses. Moses’ face was shined when he descended from the mountain where he spent time conversing with God. This is what Psalms 34:5 is talking about. Those who looked unto God and met with Him were definitely enlightened. Such people will never be disgraced.
„ 28 Moses was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant-the Ten Commandments. 29 When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the LORD.” (Exodus 34:28-29)
After Moses descended from the prayer mountain, he even did not know his face was shining. It is not compulsory that we know or see how this happens to us as well. All we need to know is that God says that those who look to Him will definitely radiate light,- the light of God’s glory and majesty. This is what will separate a person from every shame and dishonour. Dear friends, this is the word of God for you today: look unto Him, learn to spend time with God, learn to be in God’s presence, and then you will see that your face will start shining.     First of all, you need a revelation from God. Learning to recognise the voice of your Heavenly Father and getting to know Him as your best friend is vitally important. God is willing to give you wisdom, understanding and revelation in every sphere of your life. Though, when a revelation and wisdom are received from God, you have to write them down in whole. Then it becomes a spring of life, that gives breathe to you and brings hope that releases faith and trust on God in you.To write something down means to record the vision a paper. We have to put it down clearly, the way it makes sense to us later. Thus, we can bring our vision into reality, so that we can expect it and put our hopes upon. This is one of the methods how to cling with the vision together and dedicate yourself to fulfil it. Prophet Habakkuk reminds us about the importance of writing down the vision you have received from God.

  • We must learn to think big!

    God’s Kingdom is bigger than just a church; the Kingdom cannot be hidden inside the church walls. The Bible tells us that we are salt to the earth and light to the world. It means that our ministry has to go beyond the boarders of a church and leave an impact on the city, the country and the world. We need to think of how to salt the earth and enlighten the world.We should start locally; but we must think globally. «You shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth», – said Jesus in Acts (1: 8).

  • Searching for the meaning of life II

    Let’s look at the steps that Solomon took in order to find the meaning of life. We will see what conclusions Solomon came to. The first thing Solomon turned to was acquiring of wisdom and knowledge. «I communed with my heart, saying, „Look, I have attained greatness, and have gained more wisdom than all who were before me in Jerusalem. My heart has understood great wisdom and knowledge.” And I set my heart to know wisdom and to know madness and folly. I perceived that this also is grasping for the wind. For in much wisdom is much grief, and he who increases knowledge increases sorrow» (Ecclesiastes, 1:16-18).

  • God’s Word being the best means of cleansing for a human heart

    God cleanses me through His Word, so I have to be absorbed in it daily. It might seem to you that you are not getting anything out of it, but it is not so. When we read the Word, we receive deep cleansing, just like people get clean when they bathe. It must be done as often as possible so we would stink spiritually. If you start to notice that you are getting quick-tempered, it means you need to wash it off. If you notice your heart closing up, it means you are not reading the Word and missing the cleansing. If you notice things that do not comply with Christian standards, for example, picking a quarrel, it is a sign of not being in the Word enough.

  • God is looking for fruits in your life!

    «Lord, I desire to bear more fruits in my life. I am asking You to cleanse me, so that I become capable of bearing more fruits. I accept God’s grace to stay on the vine tree. I shall bear much fruits for God in Jesus Name!»The Bible says we should grow until we reach perfection in Christ (see Ephesians, Chapter 4). Therefore, it doesn’t matter how anointed and fruitful you are now, there is a higher level prepared for you by God – the higher level of effectiveness and fertility.
