How can we earn promotion? III

Greetings to you, dear readers of “Daily Word for Spiritual Edification”! May God bless you and keep you from all evil this day! Today we will continue talking about God’s promotion.We already saw that exaltation and promotion come into person’s life if he is obedient to God and walks in the light of God’s Word. God desires to exalt every on of His children. He wants to pour out heavenly gifts, His provision and life on His loved ones. But there are some things that cause one person to be exalted and another one to fall. Let’s read from the Holy Scripture.
“By humility and fear of the LORD are riches and honour and life” (Proverbs, 22:4).
“Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs, 16:18).
“Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, and before honour is humility” (Proverbs, 18:12).
God has set particular order in His Kingdom; there are some principles that the Kingdom of God is based on: humble people open for themselves the grace of walking in the fear of the Lord and they experience riches, honour and full life from God, – the Word of God says so. Prideful and haughty sooner or later are humbled and their life is filled with falls and destruction.If we desire God’s promotion we need to walk in humility and obedience to God. So many people after they get promoted become unapproachable, unsociable, and haughty. Quite often God returns them back to where they were before the promotion. It is something that happens all over the world.God very often takes a humble person who is unknown to broader public and exalts him in one day. God sees a humble heart. If you stay modest, teachable and humble, God cannot circumvent His principles. He is looking for humble people all over the world so that He could exalt and promote them.Whatever is your position and situation in this life, – fear God! He is fully capable to exalt or to humble. God desires for you to become a person that is worthy of God’s exaltation, so fear God! Keep the fear of the Lord and humility in your heart and then God’s blessings and His promotion will not end in your life.May God help you to understand this truth today, so that you can become a candidate for God’s promotion!God bless you!     You cannot say you love and at the same time neglect spending time with the one whom you love. It is simply not possible! Time is our life. By spending time with the one whom you love, you are giving or sharing with them part of your life.In order to earn money, you need time; in order to spend money, you need time. If you have money but do not have time to spend it, this money will not bring you any blessings. If you lose the money, you can earn it back tomorrow. But if you lose time, you are not getting it back!

  • Transformed person is a person with the right and pure motives

    Transformed person serves other people because he loves them, not in order to benefit from them. It makes me sad when I meet people who minister because it gives them a certain benefits. It´s awfully hard to change a person who has such motives. Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus was one of this kind. For three and a half years he had stayed with Jesus, but in no way it changed him, because he had sinister motives. Judas Iscariot was greedy, money loving man. Jesus put Judas in charge with financial part of His ministry, so he had access to money and offerings. First Judas began to steal money from their pay-box, later also betrayed his Master.

  • God calls each of us to do good works in Jesus Name

    To do good work means doing what you can do. God never asks you to do something above your abilities. When God asks you to do something, He definitely gives you a supernatural power and capabilities. Do not think of what you cannot accomplish, better do what you can manage then God will lead you into your promised land. Wherever you are, use every opportunity to do what you can do, so you learn doing good works for Jesus then.

    The paradox is that most Christians, who discipline themselves in other areas of their life in order to be successful – like job or carrier, do not believe they need to be disciplined in the area of godliness. We are talking about good Christians who are faithful members of the Church of the Living God. These are people who love God’s Word and often are very enthusiastic about the work of God. But because of the lack of discipline they do not reach their potential in God’s Kingdom.

    It is quite often that we oppose changes; we resist any changes because we are creatures of habit. If something is new and unusual for us, we don’t like it. Is that the truth? Whatever is unusual to us scares us. We love the comforts of life and if something upsets our comfortable position, we start to fight it with all of our strength.Nevertheless God calls every person to go through changes.
