Jesus is the head and the chief builder of the happy family

Hello, dear brothers and sisters! My greatest desire and prayer for you is that the will of God might prevail in every area of your life, especially in your family life. Family life can become a hell on earth, but I know everybody wants their family to be a heaven on earth. However, this does not happen automatically. It will take special efforts and allowing Jesus to become the head and chief builder of your family. 
Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain. (Ps.127:1).
 
For every house is built by someone, but God is the builder of everything. (Hebrews 3:4)
 Jesus is the head and the chief builder of the happy family. Allow God to guide your family and build your house. For it is only then that your efforts will bear fruit. How does God build a house or guide us in our family life? He does that through His Word!
The precepts of the LORD are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the LORD are radiant, giving light to the eyes. (Psalm 19:8)
 God’s revelation strengthens our hearts and imparts divine wisdom to us. It is through this divine wisdom and understanding that our house can be built and established. 
 By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; (Proverbs 24:3)
 This is why the Bible invites us to seek wisdom in God’s Word:
 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. (Josua 1:8)
 In case your family is going through a tough time right now, try to apply the following godly advice:
  • Pray and seek help from God. Read the Bible and meditate on the promises of God.
  • Calm down before God and let go of all your bad moods. (Never make any serious decision under the influence of your bad mood.)
  • Do not try to speak when you are angry. Cool down. Remember, words can hurt people.
  • Do not resent yourself. Remember, Jesus loves you anyway.
  • Always be ready to forgive.
  • In case you have constant arguments with your spouse, ask yourself a question: Have I decided to love or not to love him/her?
  • Do you need to try and look with the eyes of Christ? What do you see?
  • Recall all the nice and sweet moments from the beginning of your relationship. Why did you choose him/her as your life partner?

    You will find out what is there in you if you get diligent about seeking it out. Only those who seek will find. For example, many people only see problems. Don’t look for problems and don’t talk about them; focus on the solutions. Train your heart and your mind to find answers and solutions for different problems. As soon as you see a problem, start thinking about possible solutions for it. Start meditating on possible ways to solve it, and God will give multiple ideas for serving people.

    “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles”(Psalm 34:17). God hears you when you cry out to Him and not when you sink in our despair and misery, when you grumble and ‘have pity parties’. There is a cry of faith, which God always hears, because He finds a call for help and intervention in it. In this prayer cry God sees faith in Righteous, Just, Loving and Almighty God.

    Whosoever desires to be promoted by God needs to remain humble and simple. I have noticed that many of us cannot sing and dance before the Lord because we have become very important. Remember how freely you worshipped the Lord when you first got saved! It is rather difficult to fellowship with some believers nowadays, because they have become so ‘adult’, serious, important… David, the shepherd, and King David – both praised and loved God in the same way; the change of position in life did not affect the condition of his heart.     Why does Satan hate it and is afraid of the prayers of the children of God? This is because in a prayer, we and God become a team – an invincible team. In the Book of Daniel, there is a description of an event when a certain group of people prompted the king to issue a law prohibiting contact in a prayer with the living God. Except for the living God, they were allowed to pray any other gods. They were allowed to ask for help to people, but not only living God. And it was Satan´s plan. Why does Satan put these obstacles? Because he realized that the prayer is power.
