Changes mean working hard persistently!

Welcome, dear friends!Grace and peace from God Father and Our Lord Jesus Christ be with you! As it was clarified yesterday, we are still imperfect, still different from the likeness of Jesus Christ, but we are in the process and on the way that leads and makes us more like Him. However, some people believe they are perfect in their faith, therefore, they don´t need any changes. Once I preached about this topic, and when I finished one bother approached me and said: “Looking at my life I cannot see anything that needs changes”. He was deadly serious saying that, moreover he tried to convince me that my teaching was wrong, because, as he presumed, we were all perfect in Christ. I thought to myself, how one who regularly reads the Bible can misbelieve this way.Probably some readers reason the same way. Maybe some of think you don´t need to change anything. Maybe you think everything is fine with you. Then I must say you misbelieve. Such reasoning proves that exactly you need changes. It´s a sign of your misbelief. That´s why, my advice to you, ask God to release you from such misbelief. This was the reason why Paul said that one who believes he has become perfect needs a special revelation from the Lord, since such reasoning is the result of his misbelief.
«Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, if it is so that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus. Brothers, I don’t regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do. Forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, think this way. If in anything you think otherwise, God will also reveal that to you.».(Philippians 3:12-15).
We all need changes, so let´s set our heart on them constantly. We have to set it as an aim for us, because the our highest goal in Christ Jesus is to become like Him. We shall continue to follow this way until we meet Our Father in Heaven and get transformed in a twinkling of an eye.
«in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed». (1st Corinthians 15:52).

“Behold, how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn’t know us, because it didn’t know him. Beloved, now we are children of God, and it is not yet revealed what we will be. But we know that, when he is revealed, we will be like him; for we will see him just as he is.”. (1st John 3:1-2).
Changes mean working hard persistently! God does this work through the Holy Spirit. We can collaborate with God in this process by our full obedience to Him.God wants to change you. If you are shy today, God wants to see you bold. If you are doubtful today, God wants to see you full of faith. Even if you are shy and pretend being as such because you inherited this quality from your ancestors and relatives – let me tell you, God desires to change it in you. He will accomplish this task if you allow it to Him.You are a new creation in Christ, you have inherited completely new genes, so the old sinful genes of your grandparents have no power over you any more. You are a new person in Christ, but, you have to teach yourself thinking and talking about yourself in a new, different way, to walk and act as a new creation in Christ. Then other people will notice you have become bold and courageous person, while also more patient and kind. This is what we call changes or transformation from the old life to the new. Let the Lord strengthen you on this marvellous way that leads to changes, which in turn draw you closer to the likeness of Jesus Christ. Never give up, because God is with you!

I want to begin this word with a story: A man had a wonderful garden that brought him a rich, abundant harvest. When his neighbor saw that, he decided that the next spring he would make a garden for himself too. But after the neighbor had sawn seeds in his garden, he did not do anything there afterward. He did not water his garden, did not cultivate, neither loosened the soil. When the autumn came, his garden was neglected and full with weeds. And, of course, it did not bring forth any fruit.
  • Sacrifice as a measure of love! IV

I want to tell you that singing to God, praising Him, enjoying His presence is not a difficult task at all, if we will only take a moment to reflect or think of His grace. Even when you are having very hard times in life, you can still find something in your life that you can thank God for. Even when you think everything in your life is falling to pieces and your situation is the worst on earth, nevertheless, continue to believe – you simply have not encountered a situation that is worse than yours. But, when you see such a situation, you will find that you live in paradise.
  • The lordship of Jesus Christ II

«The LORD said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” The LORD shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies» (Psalm 110:1-2).This passage talks about Christ: «Rule in the midst of Your enemies», but the Body of Christ — His Church — is included in this prophetic word. Jesus was told to sit at the right hand of God; but it would be God’s children that would overcome God’s enemies and every thing that rise against the will of God. God wants us to rule and reign in the midst of the enemies and unfavourable circumstances. We must rule because we have been given God’s authority and we were born conquerors.
  • The nurturing of hope during the times of pain and trials

“For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.”These verses remind us that we have been saved in the hope. When you go through pain, you cannot lose hope.
  • Through prayer we invite God to take part in our lives

God does not come into our lives without being asked. Praying means to invite God to come and help us. It is a realization of the fact that I am weak and there is One Who is stronger than me, Who loves me and cares for me. Prayer is an invitation to the One Who is stronger than me and my circumstances.Do you remember Jairus? We read about him in Mark (5:22-23). He had sent his people to Jesus to invite Him to his house, because his daughter was on the verge of death.
