When you go through hardships, trials and pain, learn to praise God in these circumstances!

Good morning, my dear friends!I am glad to greet you on the pages of our „Daily Word for Spiritual Edification”Today I would like to talk to you about the advantages that are hidden in pain and problems. Pain and problems – they are the things that God uses to spiritually discipline and develop us. We learn obedience through the things we suffer.
«..though He was a Son, yet He learned obedience by the things which He suffered» (Hebrews, 5: 8).
Gold is purified in high temperatures. Sufferings are ‘high temperature’ that purifies us. Our faith must be like purified gold.
“But He knows the way that I take; when He has tested me, I shall come forth as gold” (Job, 23:10).
God uses sufferings to make our faith more precious. The Bible talks about it in 1st Peter (1:6-7):
“In this your greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honour, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ”.
Right attitude towards trials – it is when we rejoice before God and hand over our situations to Him. It is vital to grasp that those who desire to live a godly life will suffer, but God knows how to take us through and deliver from any difficult situation. Our part is to love God and be obedient to Him.Besides it is important to understand that the manner how we go through difficulties affects other people. If our reaction to hard things of life is correct, it helps other people to come to God.God’s word to you today is: when you go through hardships, trials and pain, learn to praise God in these circumstances!Till tomorrow!Pastor Rufus Ajiboye

Pharaoh sent for Joseph and fetched him out of the prison.

    Recognising of your calling and your task in this life is a process that consists of many small details. Quite often, people try to reveal their calling, while neglecting those small details that make the whole process.     Yesterday we spoke about how we can experience God´s power and mercy in our life. It fully depends on how deep we dedicate ourselves to Him. Once we realise we are not living for ourselves but for One who died for us, we discover the source of the unlimited power and mercy of God.However, submission to God doesn´t mean doing everything that comes to your mind. Contrariwise, it makes us responsible for getting to know what God bears in His heart regarding His will to our life. For this reason you have to submit yourself in whole to the Lord in order to have fellowship with Him as a source of inspiration, freshness and guidance. Everybody who experienced His power in his life and became a tool of His mercy constantly submitted himself to the Lord.

    When you first begin, don’t expect something big. Start doing something small that you are able to do and do it with consistency and responsibility and do it with all of your heart. Develop the gifts and talents that you have noticed in yourself, using them for the good of the people and the Kingdom of God. As you do it God will allow you to enter larger ministry. You will be noticed not because you’re sitting around doing nothing, but because you are doing your best. That is how your gift makes room for you.“A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great man” (Proverbs, 18: 16).

  • How does a truly responsible person look like?

    Responsible person is not forgetful.Responsible person does not need to be reminded the same things over and over again. It is enough to say it once for a responsible person to bear it in his mind.A responsible person records all important information, significant assignments or appointments. If nothing can be required of you because you keep forgetting things, it means you are irresponsible. There are people around us that say all the time, „Sorry, I forgot”. Such people usually are irresponsible and unreliable.
