Analyze your work and your days! II

Good morning, dear friends! I bless you this day in the name of Jesus Christ! Yesterday we talked about how important it is to stop and assess our activities.Despite the fact that God is perfect, He stopped and analyzed things He had done. If God stopped to give account to Himself, then we – sinful people – absolutely need to do it. I am sure God has given us an example of daily and repeated analysis of our lives. Today I would like to talk some more about it.In order for us to analyze our day, first of all we need to see that God had a plan of what He wanted to get done. He had a plan, a dream, and a vision of the world He wanted to create. We can not effectively analyze our day and our life without a concrete plan. You need to start your analysis with a question about your plans. Ask yourself: „Do I have a plan for my life?” Let’s start with a single day, – do you have a plan for this or the next day? If you do, then ask yourself whether this plan is based on God’s perception of your life? Does your plan include God’s vision of your life? Does this plan bring you closer to the goal of God in your life, or you live the way you like without any plan or design? Does this plan bring you closer to what you want to become and to the goal you want to reach in your life? If you do have a plan, you have to ask yourself following questions: What is going well and what is not? What is going right and what is not? What should I change? Should I repent of some things and what I want to thank God for? What my next steps will be? What am I doing tomorrow? If you won’t analyze your life on a consistent basis, continuously comparing your plans with the will of God for your life, you will end up wasting your life, but that is not the will of God for any of us.I pray for God to give wisdom to every one of us so that our lives would be effective and bring joy to us, to God and to the people around us.     Transformed person serves other people because he loves them, not in order to benefit from them. It makes me sad when I meet people who minister because it gives them a certain benefits. It´s awfully hard to change a person who has such motives. Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus was one of this kind. For three and a half years he had stayed with Jesus, but in no way it changed him, because he had sinister motives. Judas Iscariot was greedy, money loving man. Jesus put Judas in charge with financial part of His ministry, so he had access to money and offerings. First Judas began to steal money from their pay-box, later also betrayed his Master.

    You will find out what is there in you if you get diligent about seeking it out. Only those who seek will find. For example, many people only see problems. Don’t look for problems and don’t talk about them; focus on the solutions. Train your heart and your mind to find answers and solutions for different problems. As soon as you see a problem, start thinking about possible solutions for it. Start meditating on possible ways to solve it, and God will give multiple ideas for serving people.

  • God calls each of us to do good works in Jesus Name

    To do good work means doing what you can do. God never asks you to do something above your abilities. When God asks you to do something, He definitely gives you a supernatural power and capabilities. Do not think of what you cannot accomplish, better do what you can manage then God will lead you into your promised land. Wherever you are, use every opportunity to do what you can do, so you learn doing good works for Jesus then.

    Ministry helps us to live for others not just for ourselves. When a person has a servant or serving heart, his life is focused on making other people happy instead of waiting on the other people to make him happy. Somebody with such an attitude and life position has no time for depression or for self-pity. His life is rather focused on searching for and helping other people who lives in poorer conditions himself instead of sitting around celebrating self- pity party. The person who understands the purpose of true ministry doesn’t live for himself, but his goal is to love God and to love other people.

  • The Importance of God’s will

    Today I would like to start talking about „The Importance of God’s will”. The Holy Scripture says: “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven” (Mathew, 7: 21). The Bible calls every one of us to have sound mind, especially in learning the will of God for his or her life.«Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is» (Ephesians, 5:18).Why is it so important to allocate some time for seeking out the will of God? Why is understanding of God’s will so necessary for a person? It is because the understanding of God’s will determine both our happiness here, on earth, and our status in the future, in eternity.
