Living strategically

Peace and grace from our Lord Jesus Christ be multiplied unto you on this wonderful day! Once more let me say Happy New Year to you all! Today I would like to start a new topic with you that i called “living strategically”. We need to understand the reason of life and how we can live our life strategically. There few points about life that we have to understand, in order to live strategically. This is true because the way you perceive your life will influence the system of your values. Today many people perceive their life in a wrong way, therefore they are living their life the wrong way, seeking wrong things, besides they are deceived for the very same reason. The purpose of my message to you is to help you to get rid of your wrong perception of life. In case you have a right perception of life, then I thank God for you! Nevertheless, allow the Holy Spirit to continue His work in your heart and reveal this truth to you in depth. Sometimes we have a superficial understanding of our life, but thinking we know everything. Allow the Holy Spirit speak to you and set you free from any misconception about life. What do we need to know about life? What is life from God’s point of view? 
  1. Life is time.
  2. Life is a goal.
  3. Life is a test.
  4. Life is a trust.
  5. Life is short.
 I want you to be clear on make these points so that you will live your life the right way and with right motivations, avoiding all being driven by every kind of misconception about life. It is true that unless we deep understanding and not just superficial or abstract knowledge of these points; unless we grow in our understanding of these points and allow them to guide our lives, we will misuse the precious life given to us by God. Let’s talk deeper about the essence of life. 
  1. Life is time.
Once we are clear on this, we realise that our staying on this planet is measured by this time. If our attitude towards time is right it helps us to relate to our life itself in the right way. Relating to time the wrong way leads to the wrong attitude towards life, because life is the time. Misusing your time or wasting it is equal to wasting your life. Time is given to you by God for working (accomplishing a definite purpose), but if you do not value the time God has given you, then life itself of no value to you. As we know time is measured in seconds, minutes, hours, weeks and years. Time is the main resource God has given to you, because time is the life itself. Time is something you cannot preserve. There are resources in our life that we can preserve or spare. If you have some savings, you can spare it for tomorrow, but you can’t spare your time nor regain it back once spent. Having spent your time the wrong way it’s gone for good, you will never get it back again. Such awareness helps you to live and manage your time the way that you achieve the most important goals in your life. Many people dedicate their time to unimportant stuff; therefore, they lack time for something that is really important. If you keep saying you have no time for important things you are only testifying to the fact that you a failure at managing your time well. If you have no time for prayer, what do you have time for then? While saying fellowship with God is priority goal for you, if you have no time for that, aren’t you too busy then? When you understand that life is time, you schedule and plan your time in such a way that you can accomplish the main and important things of life. God is righteous towards all of us. Each of us has received equal amount of time a day – whether you are poor or rich, educated or analphabetic. Your status in the society doesn’t count in this matter, since God treats all of us the same way by assigning 24 hours a day to everyone. Every day 24 hours are transferred into your account. A wise man realises life is time, and then he doesn’t waste it. Many times God is warning us to redeem time, because the days are evil (See Eph.5: 15-18). Managing time the right way is the only method you can achieve something great, something of eternal value. Take your relationship to time seriously if you desire to achieve something important in life. Give a task or an assignment to every minute and every hour of your life! This require of you to plan and assign a task to every hour of your life. If this is what you have already been doing until now, thanks God for you. Please just keep on doing that! However, if you feel you have a problem, in this area; if you notice that you can’t manage the important things in your life, then I am throwing a clear challenge to you today. I am challenging you to pay keen attention to the way you manage your time and work on improving in this area. Tomorrow we are going to discuss in more details how we can manage our time more efficiently.     When a person repents, he can start developing his prayer life. We must know that God does not turn away from us even when we do not pray. God is very patient and He wants us to understand that without prayer we are spiritually weak and unable to enter the things He has prepared for us. Effective prayer is the thing that opens a way for us and allows God to walk ahead of us. God waits until we come to full realization of it. He is good to His children, but His goodness must lead us to repentance. Many people do not understand it. Sometimes we do things that go against God’s orders and at the same time we feel like it is alright.

  • Your gift will make room for you! II

    «A man’s gift makes room for him, and brings him before great men» (Proverbs, 18: 16).Studying the church history, we see that all of God’s generals didn’t start big. These people used what they had and did whatever they could. They began using the abilities they had. Eventually, their gifts found their place in the Body of Christ and grew into large ministries.For example, Dr. T.L. Osborn saw that people needed salvation, so he started meeting this need to the best of his ability: he started printing little tracts on his printing machine and went door to door leaving them in their post boxes. At the time he couldn’t even imagine that it will lead him to huge international evangelistic ministry that he has today.

  • Without forgiveness we rob ourselves both of the faith and good conscience

    We can suffer shipwreck of our faith and end up in the prison with spiritual tyrants. Forgiveness makes us like our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Who forgave us all our offenses: «Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases» (Psalm, 103:2-3).

  • Ministry is important and it has an impact on us, because it helps us to develop compassionate heart

    Compassion, in turn, brings healing and restoring power of God into my life and through my life into the lives of others around me. Through the virtue of the compassion, I become a tool in God hands – a tool used for restoration and a channel of God’s healing anointing.God’s anointing flows and works through compassion. Do you want God to anoint you in a special way? Do you want the God’s power to flow through you mightily? I guess you do, don’t you? God desires that for you! He wants you to be an instrument of His grace, through whom His anointing and power can consistently flow. In order to succeed in this we need to develop a heart of compassion towards the people who in need around us. The more compassion we have within us, the more anointing and God’s power will flow through us.

  • Definitely write down the vision you receive from God!

    First of all, you need a revelation from God. Learning to recognise the voice of your Heavenly Father and getting to know Him as your best friend is vitally important. God is willing to give you wisdom, understanding and revelation in every sphere of your life. Though, when a revelation and wisdom are received from God, you have to write them down in whole. Then it becomes a spring of life, that gives breathe to you and brings hope that releases faith and trust on God in you.To write something down means to record the vision a paper. We have to put it down clearly, the way it makes sense to us later. Thus, we can bring our vision into reality, so that we can expect it and put our hopes upon. This is one of the methods how to cling with the vision together and dedicate yourself to fulfil it. Prophet Habakkuk reminds us about the importance of writing down the vision you have received from God.
