Whatever a man sows that shall he also reap

Good day everyone! Today God has quicken on my heart to remind you that no one can mock God. The scripture for your meditation today is in the book of Galatians 6:7-10:
”Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.  For he that soweth unto his own flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth unto the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap eternal life. And let us not be weary in well–doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. So then, as we have opportunity, let us work that which is good toward all men, and especially toward them that are of the household of the faith”.
The principle is very clear: Whatever a man sows that shall he also reap. All of life is sowing. Our words are seeds, our actions are also seeds. Even our all your passivity or inactions are also seeds. So, everyday of your life, you are either sowing into the flesh or sowing into the spirit. One way to sow into the spirit is make use of every opportunity to do that which is good towards all men, especially towards them that are of the household of faith. If you keep sowing into the flesh by consuming all the resources of God on yourself alone, you will only reap corruption and death, but if you will make effort to continually sow into the spirit, this scripture guarantees you life and peace. God is a rewarder. He will reward you openly everything you do secretly. Your open result today, good or bad is a revelation of what you have been sowing in secret. If you don’t like the result you are having, please change the seed you are sowing. There is no short cut to it. You reap only what you show. And more so, you reap more than what you have sown. God’s word to you today is simply his: stop deceiving and mocking yourself by thinking you will reap something different than what you are sowing. The truth is that whatever a man sows, that also shall he reap.Remain blessed! Pastor Rufus Ajiboye.

Many people have learned to call upon the name of God, but they do not have a slightest idea of the fear of the Lord. It is very important to understand that our provision depends not only on our ability to call upon God, but also on the level of the fear of God in our lives. My lifestyle is what determines the power of my prayers. Anyone who calls upon God must also fear God, – and that is what it means to call upon God in truth.«The LORD is near to all who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth» (Psalm, 145: 18).
  • The principle of a right confession

God helped Abraham to believe Him, Who calls those things which do not exist as though they did. This is the principle of right confession. God calls those things that do not exist as though they did. When God gave Abram a new name – Abraham, he did not have any descendants. Neverthelss, because of this new name Abraham began calling himself “a father of many nations”. And when he called himself by name or he was called by others – every time what God had purposed was confessed – particularly that Abraham is going to be a father of many nations. We see that Abraham „contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations…”

  • The forms of accountability in the life of a Christian

    (1) Teacher – apprentice. We see examples of this type of relationship in Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, Paul and Timothy. This form of accountability implies having a disciple or apprentice that you invest yourself into helping him to grow in God. This type of relationship means that a teacher is responsible for his disciple and the disciple submits to his teacher. It helps both teachers and disciples to grow in Jesus Christ and walk in submission to the Lord.
  • It is the content of your heart that determines where your life is heading! III

«A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks» (Luke, 6:45).Some people continually blame others and their hearts are full of negative things, fear, insecurities. The reason is that they have allowed these things to enter their hearts and settle in. Whatever you let in, the same things also goes out.
