Whatever a man sows that shall he also reap

Good day everyone!
Today God has quickened on my heart to remind you that no one can mock God. The scripture for your meditation today is in the book of Galatians 6:7-10:

”Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.  For he that soweth unto his own flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth unto the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap eternal life. And let us not be weary in well–doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. So then, as we have opportunity, let us work that which is good toward all men, and especially toward them that are of the household of the faith”.

The principle is very clear: Whatever a man sows that shall he also reap.
All of life is sowing. Our words are seeds, our actions are also seeds. Even all your passivity or inactions are also seeds.
So, every day of your life, you are either sowing into the flesh or sowing into the spirit. One way to sow into the spirit is to make use of every opportunity to do that which is good toward all men, especially toward them that are of the household of faith.
If you keep sowing into the flesh by consuming all the resources of God on yourself alone, you will only reap corruption and death, but if you will make effort to continually sow into the spirit, this scripture guarantees you life and peace.
God is a rewarder. He will openly reward everything you do secretly.
Your open result today, good or bad, is a revelation of what you have been sowing in secret.
If you don’t like the result you are having, please change the seed you are sowing. There is no shortcut to it. You reap only what you sow. And more so, you reap more than what you have sown.
God’s word to you today is simply this: stop deceiving and mocking yourself by thinking you will reap something different than what you are sowing. The truth is that whatever a man sows, that also shall he reap.

Remain blessed!
Pastor Rufus Ajiboy.

  • God is more interested in your spiritual growth, development of your character than a quick answer to your prayers!

It would not be hard for God to give you what you are asking for; it is a lot harder to cause changes in you and your character. Humans tend to be so ungrateful. The people of Israel were wandering through the desert; they called out to God, He answered them, but it did not change them. Afterwards, when a different problem came they called out to God again, and He answered them and gave what they had asked for. Nevertheless, their hearts remained unchanged. God can answer your prayers again and again, but it is not a guarantee of permanent changes in your life. Quite often God allows certain situations in our lives that help us to grow spiritually.

  • How to enter your ministry?

If a person doesn’t have any desire to serve, it is very difficult to motivate him. This desire has to be strong enough to move you to action; otherwise you won’t do anything. It is easy to teach and lead a person that has a desire and an interest in something. And it is very difficult to convince and motivate the one who is indifferent. Where does the desire to serve come from? This desire comes from the understanding of God’s will and the purpose of our salvation.

  • There is nothing impossible with God!

Every one of us has been given free choice. By our lawlessness and sins we can fill our lives and the lives of our loved ones, thus defiling the earth. In the same way we see that obedience and righteous living positively affects other people and the whole world.

  • The blessedness or beauty of serving others! III

Ministry and giving determines the measure of one’s spiritual growth and maturity. It also determines how much I bear a resemblance to Jesus Christ. God wants us to grow spiritually. One of the indications of one’s spiritual growth is how he or she fulfils the needs of others. Such a person not only takes and receives, but also gives. Giving and ministry is one and the same word that determines how much of resemblance to Jesus Christ I bear.It says in the Bible that Jesus came to this earth to serve and not to be served. He is the example of a minister. Many of us want others to serve us. God says that we should minister and serve others. He wants us to be like Jesus.
