Confess your sins and repent of them as soon as the Holy Spirit convicts you

Greetings to you, dear friends! I thank God for you and I believe that this day will bring to you great blessings as you ponder upon the word God is sending us today. Today I want to share with you a word about the wisdom of repentance.
«For there is nothing hidden which will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret but that it should come to light» (Mark, 4:22).
Here we see a very important truth spoken by Jesus. According to this Scripture everything hidden will be revealed. If we accept this truth then we will want to live righteously before God and men. Our every wrongdoing and ungodly deed sooner or later will be brought out in the light, and all our secret works sooner or later will come into the open; all our unconfessed, unrecognized and secret sins sooner or later will become obvious for everybody. Therefore, if we believe this to be true, then the wisest thing we can do is to confess and to repent of any sins as soon as God brings a conviction of sin. Bible says that the Holy Spirit when He comes will convict us of all our sins. Praise God for the fact that the Holy Spirit convicts us of our sins. But even though the Holy Spirit brings the conviction many people try to hide their sins. Dear friends, God wants us to pay attention to what He is saying. Whenever the Holy Spirit convicts us it is the best time for our repentance. To repent means to reveal our sins and to deal with them, to forsake them, to bring them out in the open in order to receive grace and mercy from the Lord.
«He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy» (Proverbs, 28:13).
The Bible teaches us that if we hide our sins and trespasses we won’t have success. But if we realize that there are some wrong things in our lives and openly confess them and forsake them then God will give us His mercy and His grace. Dear friends, let’s live a righteous life before God; let’s take the dealings of the Holy Spirit seriously and not hide our sins because sooner or later they will be revealed anyway. I will continue to talk about this tomorrow. Today the word of God for you is as follows: confess your sins and repent of them as soon as the Holy Spirit convicts you. Until tomorrow! Be blessed! You should understand there is nothing that belongs to you. Your life itself is not yours, it’s a trust God has shown to you. Understanding this truth changes the way you respond to what is going on around you.You do not live for yourself; you did not appear on this Earth by your own act of will or for your own personal purpose. God has given life to you as a sign of His trust for you. You are entrusted with life from God and the day will come when you will have to give account to God for the life He given to you, – for all your deeds and words while living in your body.
  • The fruitfulness of a Christian starts with the discovery of God’s will in all areas of his life and the readiness to fulfills it

«And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God» (Romans, 12: 2).We are filled with the knowledge of God’s will through renewing our minds by the Word of God. Through the renewal of our minds we learn to think as God thinks and look at our lives through His eyes. You won’t be able to please God if you are not doing His will for your life. In order to do His will you first need to discover it. That is why wise people who want to bring real fruit for God through their lives devote themselves to discovering and comprehending what God wants to do in their lives and through their lives. We have pointed out many times that a person can become fruitful by renewing of his or her mind through personal fellowship with God, prayer and intensive study of God’s Word.

    2. Forgiveness gives us strength to walk through the stages of our life.& «Therefore let us also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.». • The Kingdom of God II

It is impossible to establish God’s Kingdom in our hearts, our lives, our families and all the spheres of our influence without putting forth particular effort. In order for God’s Kingdom to grow we will need to fight and to engage in warfare. So if you have made a decision to have part in expansion of God’s Kingdom in this earth, you can not be a passive observer. Only active people that have taken a position of overcomers in Christ are able to establish the Kingdom in their lives and around them.
  • Transformed person is a person with the right and pure motives

Transformed person serves other people because he loves them, not in order to benefit from them. It makes me sad when I meet people who minister because it gives them a certain benefits. It´s awfully hard to change a person who has such motives. Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus was one of this kind. For three and a half years he had stayed with Jesus, but in no way it changed him, because he had sinister motives. Judas Iscariot was greedy, money loving man. Jesus put Judas in charge with financial part of His ministry, so he had access to money and offerings. First Judas began to steal money from their pay-box, later also betrayed his Master.

It’s written in the Bible that God knows all my thoughts, isn’t it? If so, why does God need to test me in order know what my heart is filled with since he already know?
