Definitely write down the vision you receive from God!

Good day dear friends!

Thanks God for this wonderful day that He has given to us! Thanks for  yet another opportunity to fill ourselves with the living word from Him!

As we mentioned yesterday, God reveals His covenant and His secrets to certain category of people and you could also belong to this group.

Firstly, God reveals His secrets to those who fear and love Him.

Secondly, He reveals His secrets to those who stand on their watch.

Thirdly, He reveals His secrets to those who sincerely ask Him questions.

God likes it when we ask Him questions. He is pleased when we try to find a solutions to our problems in Him and in His word. He loves to see us trust in Him in all our ways.

After  Paul asked the Lord: «Lord! What must I do?» (Acts9:6), God could give direction to his life.

God also reveals His secrets  to those who value His revelations high enough, that they will write them down.

It is so important to have God’s vision for your life.  It doesn’t matter how old you are,  how poor or rich,  the colour of your skin, how educated or uneducated you think you are. God´s purpose, born by the Holy Spirit will guide you in  life and lead you into your eternal destiny from Him. You must have a vision from God or you are in danger of living a purposeless life. This is what the book of proverbs is talking about:

«Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint». (Proverbs 29:18).

First of all, you need a revelation from God. Learning to recognize the voice of your Heavenly Father and getting to know Him as your best friend is vitally important. God is willing to give you wisdom, understanding and revelation in every sphere of your life. However, when you receive revelations and wisdom from God, you have to write everything down. Then this will become a source of life, that gives breathe to you, bringing hope that releases faith  in you and trust in God.

To write down the vision down means to record the vision a paper. We have to put it down clearly, the way it makes sense to us later. this way we can retain the vision on paper and thus, we can bring it into reality, so that we can expect it and set our hopes upon it. This is one of the methods we can connect with the vision  and commit ourselves to its fulfillment. Prophet Habakkuk reminds us about the importance of writing down the vision you have received from God.

«I will stand at my watch, and set myself on the ramparts, and will look out to see what he will say to me, and what I will answer concerning my complaint. Yahweh answered me, “Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it; because it will surely come. It won’t delay.» (Habakkuk 2:1-3).

Also prophet Isaiah talks about it in the following verse:

«Now go, write it before them on a tablet, and inscribe it in a book, that it may be for the time to come forever and ever.». (Isaiah 30:8).

A vision not written down remains just like a dream, idea or fantasy,  that can easily be changed or easily alterable at any moment. Do you value what God reveals to you? Do you write down everything God reveals to you personally or  through other people about your life?

The idea of writing down  the vision on  stone plates is a command with  practical benefits.

«Yahweh answered me, “Write the vision, and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it» (Habakkuk 2:2).

Writing down the vision is not an advice or a suggestion, for us who live in  the 21st century to bury ourselves in the search for  some stone plates and some appropriate tools that we could use to carve visions unto them. However, Habakkuk is emphasizing here the fact, it will be very difficult to erase or get rid of what is carved into stones. It will require great efforts to accomplish such task.

It is obligatory that you write down the vision you receive from God!

Let´s continue  on this tomorrow!

God´s peace be with you!

As you know, human life consists of habits. There are also good and bad habits. Any habit that brings a positive outcome requires some efforts and discipline from us. Unless we have a habit of praying our prayer life will never become effective neither fruitful. Let me quote the statement of an Ancient Greek philosopher, Aristotle who once said about habits – “We are the product of what we repeatedly do”. In other words, our habits are our essence. Therefore, in order to excel at something, we have to make it our habit.

To call upon God – it means to have a stable prayer life. God desires you to have consistent and stable prayer life. You have to have a place where you call upon Him.«But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly» (Mathew, 6:6).

  • Our life is a product of what we see IV

There are two options for the future. First option is what I call the predictable future. We must carefully look at our past and present. When thinking of the future we must realize that if we don’t change the things we do every day then it will be easy to predict our future, – the future won’t be any different than the present. If we do not make any changes today, then tomorrow we will have the same results; we will live in the same conditions, if not worse.

  • Your attitude influences your progress

The judgements, the beliefs, and the convictions of a person influence his attitude and this attitude has an effect on the progress we make. The man in the parable did not multiply his talent because he had the wrong attitude. This man believed lies rather than the truth. That is the lies which many people believe, which become an obstacle to their progress and development. The lies can go something like, “no one loves me”, then any attempt from people to show love towards you, will be rejected. A person believing in lies from the enemy will not be able to accept blessings, help, and advice from others, as all this would be misinterpreted.

  • Everything that is hidden will unavoidably be brought into the light II

«Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit!» (Psalms, 32:1-2) David says that after repentance God’s forgiveness comes into person’s life, his transgressions are forgiven, his iniquities are not imputed to him and his sins are covered. David says this person to be blessed. One who does not hide an iniquity in his heart is open before God. But there is no forgiveness for the one who does not repent and does not confess his sins to God.
