The reward of faithful service in the Kingdom of God

Dear friends, you are welcome to our daily word for spiritual strength. I hope you are enjoying these daily encouragements from the word of God. Today I want to emphasis on the reward of faithful service in the Kingdom of God. One of the rewards of faithful service in the Kingdom of God is prosperity. The Bible says God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him (Hebrew 11: 6). Jesus also said those who seek first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness will be rewarded with the necessities of life. Our God is a God who sees in the secret and who rewards us openly, so other can see it. God will never forget your work and the labour of love you showed towards His Name (Hebrew 6:10). If you mind God’s business he will mind your business (Mathew 6:33). His business is to seek and save that which is lost, to spread the values and influence of His Kingdom through the earth. It is profitable to put God and His business first in our lives, because that is one of the sure ways to a prosperous life. Prosperity in the Kingdom of God is not just a function of hard work, planning, strategies and prayer. Prosperity is also a reward for kingdom service. God will make a difference between those that serve Him and who serve Him not (Malachi3:14-18). If you desire a prosperous life, please take some time today and check your addiction to kingdom service as you meditate on the following Scriptures: Exodus 23: 25-26; Hebrew 6: 10; 11: 6; Mathew 6: 4; 6: 33. Remember, 
 There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for Christ’s sake, and the gospel’s, but he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life (Mark 10: 30-31).

God desires to trample our pride thus transforming us into likeness of loving, persevere Christ. You are still arrogant if you show resentment at nonsense. God desires to help you to get rid of this arrogance. That´s why He allows people to do wrong to us. God is trying to teach us how to handle such situations, so that we are able to build relationships with people as His representatives on this Earth. Everything God permits in our life works together for good if we let Him mould us.

    “Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls” (James, 1:21).This is a very profound verse of Scripture that must be considered and closely examined. But I would like to draw your attention to several points. Here the Bible talks about the implanted Word which saves our souls. It resembles the process of engrafting a branch of tree into another tree, after which these trees become one, since they have the same root system. The implanted Word must be one with me. God wants His Word to be planted in my heart so that the Word and I become one because it is only then will the word be able save my soul.

    «His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord’» (Mathew, 25:23).Some people get tired and need help even before they start to do something significant. But tell me! Is it possible that you need rest or take a break from God? Is it possible that you need rest from serving Him? No! We can serve God everywhere. You can be on a plane and serve people who sit by you. You can serve God on a beach, at work, everywhere; because in all of these places there are people who need God.
